I have used Quality for years- for two of my homes and for my rental properties. At this point, they have installed multiple furnaces and air conditioners and now a hot water tank for me. I will never use anyone else. Everyone is incredibly professional- this time around, Donny and Ryan were amazing- they stayed until 8 one night to make sure we had heat because we had a very complicated project with our furnace install. Erica was amazing at communicating with us throughout the whole project. I’m telling you- if you have a problem, they have a solution AND most importantly they stand behind everything 100%. I speak from years of experience with them!!

Professional, polite, punctual, not once did the installers work outside what was promised in our contract for a furnace replacement. Finished installation precisely. The 2 person crew made cleanup seem effortless; nothing was overlooked! Existing equipment along with all new additions equally sparkled! Thank you, Steve, Savannah, Mike, Josh, office staff and anyone else I’ve failed to mention for all of you having an impressive work ethic and such high standards!

James was friendly and professional. He quickly diagnosed the furnace problem and offered alternative ways to proceed for a fix.
He explained his reasoning well and offered the one year service option to lower the overall price of the repair.

Steve & his helper did a great job! We checked all the vents afterwards & all are functioning well. He explained how everything works, including the thermostat, & size of filter to get. He recommended to get a filter with MERV 7 or 8, which was helpful as well. OUTSTANDING job Steve, and thank you for your service.

Quality was great. Cody, Daring, Matt, and Erica was the crew that got us situated. Sucks to have to replace a big ticket item, but they were the most responsible price. Great service from them too.

Very nice was able to address any questions very knowledgeable and caring of the installation and my property. There is not enough words to speak on all these people we have see and talked to over the last few weeks. Amazing outstanding and went above and beyond. These folks all of them will get a hughly recommended response from me when folks ask. Thank you all for a great experience and a great group of people.

Donny, Ryan, and Paul all arrived on time. All very knowledgeable about the install of the furnace and air conditioner. Worked very well together to make sure the job was done correctly. They explained how everything worked and asked if we had questions. Very pleased with the company.

These folks go above and beyond. This is the second time I've called them, once to my place of employment and now to my home. I've been completely impressed both times. If you happen to know me, you know how hard that is to do!
Our furnace gave up the ghost on New Year's Eve at 3:30 in the afternoon. I booked an appointment online for the day after New Year's since I figured no one would be left in the office. I got a call within 5 minutes and a tech was actually out before 4:15 pm that same day! Too bad our 33 year old furnace finally said no! The estimate happened Friday when the original appointment was booked. Today (Monday), we have a completely new installed and working furnace (and central air but that's another story!). Pleased as punch! Highly recommend!

Outstanding experience. Efficient all the way through. Affordable. Staff was professional from the first phone call, to the estimate, to the install and through a follow up. Felt valued and appreciated as their customer.

Fred Parsons just completed a maintenance check on our furnace. He was timely and also had a nice conversation about the system. He changed the filter and the water panel for the humidifier. Very happy with the job he did! Thanks Fred!

My experience with Quality was excellent, from my consultation with Quentin to my installation with Collin I received great communication and customer service, it's obvious they are passionate about their work and the quality, I would recommend to anyone no it's not cheap but you pay for quality.

Quality Heating and Cooling technician, Tyler Dean, is one of Quality Heating and Cooling's finest employees. Not only was he pleasant and smiled the whole time, he explained each portion of the system check and why he was doing it during the maintenance review on our furnace. He answered all our questions and was extremely knowledgeable about the system. Great employee! He will be requested over and over again for any of our service needs.

Collin was absolutely fantastic to work with! He was prompt, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly before he left. He took the time to explain what he was doing and answered all of my questions without rushing. It’s clear he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in his work.

The entire team at Quality Heating & Cooling lives up to their name, they’re reliable, courteous, and efficient from start to finish. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, dependable tankless water tank installation and HVAC service!

Just want to say how pleased my husband and I were with the installers, Collins and Caleb, and with Fred the Quality Control Technician.
As a senior citizen living in an older mobile home, we were concerned about getting the correct heating and cooling system. The sales Representative, Spencer Bland, was very helpful. All of these employees were helpful and patient with all the questions we had about correct filters, service of the units, and maintenance up keep.
WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

5 stars all day for Quality Heating & Cooling. The condensate pump on our furnace started leaking water one evening. Called that night at 8 and got the answering service and left message for them to call me once open. Got the call next morning at 8 am and someone was out to fix it by 1. Needed new pump and Anthony Ely from Quality was able to locate one, go get it and come back and repair all before 5pm. He was very polite and explained everything in detail. Highly recommend Quality!!

John DiMaria did wonderful, professional work on our systems. He was very informative and respectful of my decisions regarding the work. He was so happy and it was a pleasure to have him helping us out.

First Cody did a great job of analyzing what we needed. A very fine person. Second Colin who installed our new furnace with his crew did a wonderful job. They were quiet, efficient, and very neat. Area looked better when they were done than it did before they started.

Darin was very professional. He truly cared about my home and safety. Explained everything to me and made sure I understood what they were doing. They made sure everything was cleaned up and back in order before they left.
