Today John came to inspect the Hvac system that was installed a week ago. What a wonderful experience. Josh was knowledgable and kind both my granddaughters under good and my not being up to all the newest technology in connecting my thermostat to my phone. Thanks to all at quality heating and cooling. Wade was wonderful. He listened to my furnace issues. Inspected the furnace, explained what he found with photos and made repair suggestions. Repairs were completed quickly for a reasonable price. Would do business again with this company.

Had my furnace maintenance done today by Jake, he was very thorough and knowledgeable. He also flushed my hot water tank. I would recommend Quality to anyone!

The repair man came out. He was very polite. He helped me to figure out where the smell of burning rubber was coming from. He checked my furnace, he had me get my filter, that I had just changed out of the trash to make sure that there was nothing on it to indicate that it had been burnt. He appeared to do his job very thoroughly.

He told me about an air scrubber and gettin a membership.

I’ve been a customer for years and have always appreciated every technician’s prompt, polite, and thorough service. I called yesterday about a condensate pump issue and Joseph was here today to diagnose the problem. He was kind, polite, communicated clearly, fixed the issue, and answered all of my questions (including how I might troubleshoot similar issues myself in future). Always highly recommend.

Every person I have dealt with in the the past 7 years of owning my home. Have been outstanding. Always professional and upfront with any issues that arise before or during every appointment I’ve. Recently my air conditioner went out. Which they had warned me about at previous appointments with it getting older. But they never pressured me into purchasing a new one. 2 days before my Maintenance appointment My a/c stopped working. They came out and found what the issue was and gave me some options. Long story short We agreed best decision to keep my family warm this winter and cool next summer the best bet was to bite the bullet and get a new system due to concerns they had found on the last furnace maintenance. They worked around my schedule to get this all taken care of. And just a few days later Collin brown. Came out and removed and installed my furnace and a/c and went over everything and very helpful and answered every question I had. I would highly recommend quality heating and cooling to anyone weather it’s Routine maintenance or any heating of a/c issue you are having

Our furnace went out during a recent cold spell. Quality was able to stop out the same day and order the parts and make the repairs so that we could warm our house asap. Special thanks to Christine, Dawn, Raven, Reid & especially John who came out and did the testing and repairs. We are very happy with the professional service provided by Quality Heating & Cooling!

By far the best HVAC system install we have experienced. Quentin, salesperson, was the most knowledgeable and courteous. Erica’s coordination from the office was superior. Donny, Ryan and Paul installed the entire new system in one day with the upmost respect for us and our property. The install was a work of art with attention to detail. Then Fred shows up a few days later to do quality control check. Wow!!! Great service!!! This team is welcome in our home anytime!!!

Your staff made this repair quick and simple. Teresa in the office pointed out the wisdom in joining the service subscription, and Anthony Ély was a phenomenal technician. He listened to what our issue was, then gave us some ideas of what could be going on to ease our minds. He diagnosed the issue, which was one he told us was likely, then performed the service quickly and professionally. He went way out of his way to answer all our questions and really knew his business. Such a personable guy, too. Anthony Ély is an absolute credit to your company and you should be very proud to have him on your team. Same with Teresa in the office. What a bunch of kind professionals!

We recently relocated to Ohio from Maine, and Quality Heating & Cooling was our very first experience having work done on our new-to-us home - and it set the bar high.

About a week and a half after becoming first-time homeowners, Cody came out to check our furnace. We knew it was several decades old, but he walked us through several serious issues and recommended a full replacement. He also flagged concerns with our 20+ year-old AC unit. When we decided to move forward, Cody immediately advocated for us with our home warranty company, which made a stressful situation far easier to navigate.

Just five days later, Steve (team lead), Paul, and Savannah completed the full installation of both the new furnace and AC. All three were incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and professional. The work was noninvasive and seamless, even with my husband and I working from home all day. They tackled a huge job without disruption, and were even wonderfully kind to our young Golden Retriever (they absolutely made her week).

We opted to get the work done asap to take advantage of an excellent labor warranty promotion, and it gives us a lot of peace knowing we are covered well as we're just beginning our time here.

Quality hearing and cooling was amazing! They were able to fit me into their schedule swiftly and Cody showed up to deliver an excellent service call. My furnace was making some weird noises and Cody was able to diagnose and fix the issue with materials from his van. The problem was able to be fixed under a warranty that I inherited when buying the house and just cost the service call charge. I’m impressed with their services and would definitely recommend.

At the end of summer, we had a capacitor go bad in our AC unit which was built in 1989. Quality heating and cooling came in and was fast and easy to work with.
I just replaced the part needed at the time but they did quote me a whole house AC and furnace system. we decided we couldn’t go with that at the moment, even though it was a very good fair price.
Winter came and all in one day I heard a humming noise and after the in-home inspection turns out it was a furnace. Capacitor has gone bad and they checked the condenser with a camera and seen a crack.
It was time to replace the whole unit including the AC and the furnace.
I was really impressed with them even though we didn’t go with the prior quote they reacted very quickly and treated us with the upmost respect.
I feel this company really does care about their customers and what they think. You can tell that it’s not only a company, but It’s family friendly It seems to be running like a family owned business. from Raven, setting up the appointment to the install of Donnie and Colin and the prior quote from Fred, you guys have an amazing team and I’m so happy that I went with the whole house system from you. I appreciate each and everyone of you and so does my family now we can rest assure that we are going to have a smooth winter and a smooth spring and summer in the upcoming years. I’m glad to be part of the quality heating and cooling family.

I could Not have asked for an easier or more professional experience. From Quentin, my sales guy to Collin my install guy. It was a breeze from start to finish. My new system was quoted and completely installed in less than 24 hours. I couldn’t Be happier. Quality was recommended to me and I will certainly recommend them to anyone who needs service or installation. I had A budget for the project and Quality worked with me to meet my goals!

Mike was wonderful to have during the sales process and beyond. Upon delivery, Donny and Ryan were fabulous to have in our home. We had a new Trane furnace installed with an air scrubber. Their work was meticulously executed! Ericka in the office took really great care to make sure that everything was attended to. Fred was also a pleasure to have in my home for the final inspection. Everything from beginning to end has been carefully attended to and taken care of. I highly recommend this company!

We had the Trane furnace and A/C installed by Donny and Paul. They both did a phenomenal job from start to finish as the final product looks and work great.Not only was the quality of craftsmanship superior the attention they put into cleaning up after left us nothing to do but enjoy our new system. Also Quentin, who sold us our system, gave us all the information we needed to make our decision as well as being personable. I will definitely be a Quality customer moving forward!

What a great experience! I had a new furnace and AC installed today and everyone I worked with throughout the whole process was professional, knowledgeable and very thorough with the information they gave me and with the work that was done. Tyler came out first to look over my old system and helped me confirm that it was ready to be retired. He really helped me understand how HVAC systems work and explained the difference between what mine was doing vs. what I could expect from a new one. Michael came out next and did a great job explaining the different replacement options I had and set me up with a system that worked best for my home. Erica handles dispatch and she got things setup and was also there to answer any questions if I had them. Donny and Ryan completed the install and showed up on time and did a fantastic job with the install, cleanup and the final walk through to go over my new system. Everyone was friendly and it was clear that they took great pride in what they did. A friend told me that he was very happy with this company and I’m so glad I took his recommendation. I couldn’t be happier and I’ll definitely be recommending them in the future. Great job!
