CCS installeda new system in 2021and the blower motor failed Sunday night. CCS came out Monday and verified the motor was bad, came out on Tuesday, replaced the motor and verified the rest of the system was working correctly.

The whole team at Custom Comfort has proven to be incredibly knowledgable and Mike & Brian have taken the time and care to explain everything to us for our HVAC needs. We have unique needs for our building which utilizes a boiler for whole structure heat, but 3 separate AC units for the various floors and areas. Whether it's been for repairs, replacements, maintenance, and even moving radiators to new locations, they have performed only what needs to be done in an effort to keep costs lower while keeping us comfortable regardless of the season.
