We are very pleased with the cleaning service that Klara and Tommy provide. They have allowed for some flexibility in our service schedule ensuring that our needs are being met while staying in our budget. Additionally, they have been willing to work around our schedules, offering options for cleaning days/times and clearly communicating when they’ll be coming. We have had other cleaning services in the past that we have not been happy with, but have had zero complaints so far with the work Klara and Tommy do! Our bathroom has never stayed this clean between visits! They are friendly, efficient, and get the job done right. I highly recommend their work!

I hired this cleaning company for what I thought would be a straightforward deep clean of my home, but it turned into an absolute nightmare. The cleaners were Klara and Tommy, and let’s just say their “service” was anything but professional. First off, their prices are outrageously inflated compared to other local companies quoted for the same job. They use cheap dollar-store sprays.

I provided a detailed list of instructions, including specific areas like scrubbing the grout in the bathroom tiles, organizing the kitchen cabinets, and dusting behind the furniture. To my horror, when I got home, not only had they ignored most of the tasks, but I found my printed instructions torn to shreds and stuffed in the trash bin! It was like they were mocking me.

The bathroom was still grimy with soap scum everywhere, the kitchen counters had streaks from whatever half-hearted wipe-down they did, and they didn’t even touch the dust bunnies under the couch. I had to vacuum them myself afterward.
When I sent photos of the subpar work and politely asked them to come back and fix it, they flat-out refused. Klara responded with a rude email saying, “We did what we could in the time,” and Tommy didn’t even bother replying.

No apology, no refund offer – just arrogance.

And get this: I later discovered they had “accidentally” broken a vase on my mantel (which they tried to glue back together poorly and hide), spilled cleaner on my rug causing a permanent stain, and even left muddy footprints from their shoes all over my freshly “cleaned” floors. It was as if they were trying to make the place dirtier!

Save yourself the headache and stick with a smaller, one-person-owned company that rotates different reliable cleaners. Those folks actually listen, do the job right, and charge fair prices. This outfit with Klara and Tommy is a total scam and their reviews are fake. Zero stars if I could!
