Lady on the phone was polite, knowledgeable and had a great phone smile. I needed sink cartridges and she had them sent asap. All part are lifetime guarantee by Moen. Most do not know that. Love doing business with them.
Be blessed and safe always to all .

We are the first owners of a house built about 16 years ago. Recently we had trouble with some of our MOEN faucets (shower, and bathroom) after 16 years of usage. We have contacted MOEN with pictures of rusted parts (the area we live in is known to have residue build up on plumbing hardware). They honored the "Life Time" warranty, and send us brand new parts, and paid for shipping as well. A cursory check on the brand new faucet they sent indicated over 300 dollars retail value at mainstream hardware stores. Consumer support department gave us no hassle, thank you Amanda, Jennifer, ....others !

We moved into our brand new home 7 years ago and thankfully It was furnished with Moen Faucets. This was our first experience and to this day they never let us down. They have not dripped, tarnished and are extremely easy to clean. I called their warranty department to order new aerators for all of the faucets due to the extremely hard water in our state, not only did they send me brand new replacements for all (4) of them, they sent them at no cost and even included the tool to replace them too. And the warranty is covered on them as long as I own the home, incredible! I can’t say enough about their kind customer service department, super easy and extremely fast replacements part delivery. Not to mention the high end quality of their products. One of the absolute best companies I have ever dealt with. What a pleasure it must be to work there. Thank you Moen, you have a customer for life.

It's been 1 month I'm trying to do a warranty replacement and they're giving me the runaround very bad customer service very bad product very bad people works in this business do not buy this product try to buy something else other than Moen.

Customer service is virtually non-existent.
Once, I managed to talk to someone after a week of trying, they sent the wrong part.
Apparently, this company is in need of REAL leadership. -
customer service-we don't do no stinking customer service

website down for maintenance. why not use a development server? or update at 1 AM instead of noon on a saturday? still down 4 hours later. guys it's not 1997, it's 2020......now it's 11 pm. still site is down. now the site error message doesn't even show. Maybe you need to hire someone from Upwork to get your site back online. guess I'll have to check out Kohler

I needed a document from Moen for a water monitoring valve shutoff device to submit to my insurance company.
I called Moen and spoke to Christina and requested the document. I was told it was only available on the Moen App.
I explained that I am low visibility disabled and unable to see small print on apps to find the document.
Her response was "find someone to help you". I don't not live with anyone to help.
There is an ADA law that requires businesses to accommodate low vision disabled people like me. Moen must, by law, make a reasonable effort to provide a customer the same way they would someone that is not disabled.
I am asking for a document, nothing over the top.
I am asking MOEN to comply with the law.
I am asking MOEN to treat people as humans.
I have filed a complaint with the Department of Justice.
I will never buy another MOEN product ever again.
Update: Moen said they would "reach out" to me in a response to this review here on Google. They left an email address I could write to.
I wrote to the email address...no answer and I still do not have the document I need from Moen to give to my insurance company.
Do Moen make it this difficult for their non-disabled customers to get simple help? -
Worst customer service I’ve come across in a long time. Product out of box missing numerous parts. Customer Service practically nonexistent. Won’t even let you stay on hold. Have to schedule incredibly inconvenient call backs. Then they want me to jump through a bunch of hoops to address their error! It’s simple, people. You have the model number, parts number, and my address. Just put the missing parts in a box and ship them. It’s not difficult concept.

Moen faucet company. Price Pfister was pretty bad, replacing parts all the time (even thought they are under lifetime warranty) but the Moen Posi-temp has not been much better. Drip Drip Drip.... Call them, Oh we'll send you a 1222 valve assembly. Fixes the problem. Next year, Drip Drip Drip.... Call them, Oh we'll send you a 1222 valve assembly. Fixes the problem. Next year, Drip Drip Drip.... Call them, Oh we'll send you a 1222 valve assembly. Fixes the problem. You get the idea. I have a Delta faucet in the upstairs bathroom... never goes drip drip drip. Occasionally, I have to add a little silicone grease to the ball to make it work smoother. 20 years and I have never had to replace the rubber seats in it! Ah Moen this is the same water supply, so you can blame it on that. You need to come up with a much better version of Posi-Temp. The current one breaks done every year. That is too high a failure rate. No more Moen from now on I only buy Delta.
Blessings,

Worst customer service ever & products ever. Twice their kitchen faucet was defective, but yet instead of offering expedited shipping for parts the 2nd time, they didn’t care to go that extra mile & spend the money. It has now been 3 weeks (promised 10 days max) & we still don’t have our part. Called customer service & waited on hold for 3 hours only to be hung up on. Went on their website to inform of issues only to be exited out due to their website issues. HORRIBLE COMPANY. Clearly you don’t care about your customers. Imagine being without a faucet & not be able to use your kitchen sink for 3 weeks. LEARN SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Called Moen for a question on a shower cartridge. Said they would call me back within 60-70 minutes. Was over two hours before call back. Although the CSR wasn't rude, they weren't very friendly. I work for a big box retailer, and recommend Moen products because of their supposedly great customer service , but with my recent experience leaves me to wonder.

I bought a $180 or so faucet and it broke about a week later. Leaking water out of the valve. All they did is send me a replacement valve. IM NOT A PLUMBER. JUNK PRODUCTS. I want a new faucet shipped to my house personally inspected by the foreman.

Bought several Moen faucets for bathroom and kitchen. Both have needed new parts within only a few years. Really low quality products.. buy a brand that lasts longer and doesn't make junk but give you a lifetime warranty so you can fix their junk every year

Moen Faucets..... They sure brag about their customer service but I cannot get anybody with a heart beat on the phone. Paid over $400.00 for a kitchen faucet, and cannot get any help with it. Their products must be pitiful if they are so covered up with customer service calls that they cannot answer the phone or return calls like their automated system claims they will... They claim their parts are guaranteed for life, but trust me, if you were unfortunate enough to have purchased one of their products, you would be much better off buying the replacement part from the local plumbing store...
I noticed from another review, that Moen gave an email address for Custer service, and the email address does not work.... Pitiful... -
Bought brand new faucet 2 days ago. Professional install. 300 plus the faucet. Leaks right out of the box. So much for a quality product. Only thing offered was assistance with replacement of the valve. Which I'm capable of doing without assistance. Poor customer service. I'm confused as why the burden or repair is placed on the consumer, and not the producer of the sub par product. I am removing every moen fixture in my home and will replace it with Chinese fixtures before I ever buy another moen product. If I could give negative stars I would. Buy american it's a quality product. Leaks right out the box.

Our shower controls (all three of them) at least once a week since we got them a few years ago need to be reset by going to the breaker, which is a huge pain for how much money we spent on these things.

You cannot call support and wait for an actual person. They had me schedule a callback with the soonest callback available a week out from when I was calling (a Tuesday). When they called back I was put on hold before ever speaking to anyone. Why have such a long call back wait if you can't actually have someone call me? Trash support for a trash product. I have a faucet that was installed 4 years ago and has a "lifetime" warranty, but it takes a lifetime to get any support. The handle has a continuous leak and they had me pay shipping for a part that is not the right part for this issue. I could wait again and try to get further support but that will be going on 4 weeks with a leak before any kind of support was made available. I will just install a new non-moen faucet.
