Mack Plumbing was very responsive to my needs and went out of his way to get the faucet I needed and installed it easily. I will use Mack Plumbing for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Very kind and responsive staff. Trey helped unclog our sink and repair a leak in our shower. Very professional. Donna in the office was great as well. Easy to communicate with.

Poor customer service from their billing person and excess charges. Charged $120. To replace a hose washer. Than I received a threat to put me in collection, although I never received an invoice .
I do not recommend using this plumbing company. They have no customer skills.

Mack Plumbing did a great job of rerouting water and vent lines in a challenging bathroom remodel. They were timely, professional, and helpful. Highly recommended.

Incredibly professional, did a great job removing an old light fixture and replacing with my new chandelier. Very quick response time, friendly and well priced! Would 100% recommend them again.

Had company out 2 times in 1 month. First time to snake my drain, drain was snaked and then my kitchen sink wasn't draining. The next week, came out again, fixed the kitchen sink, 2 days later, kitchen sink was leaking. Came out to fix and then accused of someone else fixing the strainers to make them leak! Excuse me what? Now why would someone do that AFTER he was there? Really and now, 3rd week in, my tub is draining slow. I will not have them come back out and charge me again and tell me that someone has messed with that drain.

Lesson learned from my side. I also requested another person to come out and was advised no because this person has to fix their mistake. Well, there's another mistake that's still happening and this customer will not be returning, unfortunately for them.

As a single woman I am aware of how I can be prey to scammers, but you can trust this company! Had an older kitchen faucet removed and a new one installed. Tech was personable and informative. When I called for a quote the gave me a ballpark with a $25 variant and the work actually cost $10 less than! You can call them with confidence!

My kitchen sink had been causing problems for a while and finally stopped up passed where I could clear it myself.

I called just after 8am for non emergency service. There was a truck in my driveway at 1pm.

Both gentlemen were very nice and quick to find the issue. They ended up having to install a new clean out in my basement, that cost me a whopping $10, and cleared the clog.

I couldn't be happier with my experience today and plan to call again if I have any other plumbing issues.

I've learned as a new homeowner having house repairs/breaks/fixes is a living document, heck it is beyond living it is some sort of rapidly regenerating undead monster, you can't slay it, you can only learn to make peace with it.

Luckily, I found Mack Plumbing. After just 10 months of playing the "I'm new here card" I've had a water heater and dishwasher both break on me. The latter broke a week before my in-laws were visiting. Donna at Mack parachuted in to the rescue. I called on a Tuesday letting her know my new dishwasher arrived and she had a technician (Tracey) scheduled that same week- Friday morning at 8am.

He showed up timely, was professional, and super friendly. He took out my old broken dishwasher and replaced it with the new one. He ran a test spin and made sure it was draining and no leaks and after validating cleaned up after himself and left. The whole thing was unintrusive and was done quick. That weekend the in-laws ate a lot and I was able to use my dishwasher all weekend (thanks Tracey!).

As aforementioned, I know it is only a matter of time before something else goes wrong in my house... but I know I can rely on Mack Plumbing and will be giving them my business again.

Donna is very professional and attentive to request made . She has always been par and has facilitated their plumbing services for my rental properties. Their pricing is amazing and I've been able to use these guys on both small and large projects. They are straight shooters who know their stuff and i will continue to use these guys.I made the mistake of hiring another operation for a plumbing project and regret doing so. I should have waited for the experts. Truly Trusted Professionals.

This is was the worst company I have ever dealt with. Please don’t use this company. There was an issue with payment on there end with the employee completing the service providing me with the wrong information when submitting the payment. Given the known fact of them providing the wrong information they still tried to enforce their will with trying to hold me accountable for this. I tried speaking with Donna she was very rude.
She lied and told me she was the person in charge of the company which she isn’t it’s Bob. Tried to get in contact with bob for a whole week with phone calls and emails. After a week Bob finally took my call. He was very rude, talked over me multiple times not letting me speak, and hung up on me. After bob hung up on me I called back and he hung up on me again. I am a paying customer I don’t understand the need to treat me this way. It want my fault one of there employee gave me incorrect information. Don’t do business with this company.

I hired this company to install about 60 feet of gas line from a basement out to a backyard grill. I chose this company over others because Chris Flowers, who came out for the estimate and later for the installation, provided a highly detailed scope of work, including the diameter of pipe needed to carry the required amount of gas all the way to the grill. No other contractor mentioned the need for thicker piping at the branch off point. The installation went smoothly. The guys even crawled under a deck to run the piping secured out of the way. They also installed three shut off valves along the length so now I can shut off the gas line from multiple locations. Finally, they converted the grill from propane to natural gas and made sure the grill was working properly. 10/10 would hire again. Another small detail I noticed is that the shutoff by the grill is a bright red that is highly visible and I can see from the house whether the gas line is open or closed. Saves me having to go outside to verify I shut the gas line off.

Hired Mack Plumbing to convert 3 handle faucet bathtub faucet to single handle faucet and also to install an exhaust fan in the bathroom. I wanted to mini-upgrade for my main without a wall or floor tile overall. Did a beautiful job in a very tight space (bathroom access right next to a chimney) and didn't damage shower tile at all. Exhaust fan also a tight install with only crawl space in attic. Very satisfied with the work by Brent the plumber and the electricians. Better yet, they cleaned up very well when they left. I would definitely hire them again!

Mack Plumbing is phenomenal — I’d give them 10 stars if I could. Work is always done in a timely manner, everything is high quality and they’re a joy to work with. I’ve hired them twice and have recommended them to family and we’ve all been thrilled with the quality of the work and professionalism of their team.

Zac came out last Thursday to fix my clogged kitchen sink pipes. I was convinced we would have to dig up the front yard and it would cost $10,000! He quickly fixed the problem and put everything back together all pretty--as pretty as pipes can look under the sink. He was very friendly during the whole thing. It was surprisingly affordable! I'm going to recommend Mack Plumbing to everyone who asks!

I was in a real jam from another plumber from this website who damaged my counter. I contacted Mack Plumbing and they returned my request immediately. After sending photos of what the damage was and what I needed, they responded ASAP. The technician was AMAZING! I am in need of them again AFTER my new counters are installed. I WILL NOT HESITATE TO SET THIS UP AGAIN WITH THEM. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

Chris from Mack Plumbing handled our service call for toilet plumbing repair. He was curteous and professional. He assessed the scope of the job and provided a reasonable estimate of the work to be done. On the day of service, he was very prompt and the promised work was completed quickly, cleanly and even a bit under budget. We would hire Mack again!

Great service from Mack Plumbing. Quick appointment and very professional, friendly technician. Connor took care of all my issues with our plumbing problems and faucet installation. Communication with Donna setting up appointment was great as well. I’ll be calling Mack Plumbing with all our plumbing needs in the future.

My system continually was having backup issues. With a spider web’s of piping consisting of mine and my neighbors systems tied together and old abandoned systems, Mack was able to find the exact pipes that were mine, assisted with technology that only the pros have. Following diagnosing the issue, they came up with a great plan of tying into my old cast iron piping system and replacing bad pipe with new PVC and giving me two new clean outs to make snaking any potential issues in the future much easier. (Previously I had to snake through many 90 degree bends from inside the house to get to the problematic area due to bad plumbing design). They executed their plan for me at a good price without having to dig up my entire line. They also got it done quickly for me since the system was unable to be used. I was very thankful to get it done and have a problematic sewage draining system behind me. I’m writing this a little over 2 months past the work being done and so far I have had 0 issues. Thank you, Mack for good work and good pricing. They even take care of active duty military and gave me a military discount.

The best plumber I have ever hired! Every person from this company that I made contact with was friendly and helpful. The tech arrived early and had my busted hot water heater out and replaced in under an hour and a half. The price was beyond reasonable. Seamless experience. Will use them time and time again. The job was completed less than an hour ago and I was compelled to write this review and recommend their services to 2 friends already. They are THAT good! Thanks Mack!
