Had a bad experience last year with the plow job at Sheetz in Sheffield, called this year while the guy was plowing and he was super pleasant and took care of the area of concern right after our chat on the phone.
I really appreciated him addressing the concern instead of brushing it off, the snow was blocking necessary equipment!

Great company, highly professional and friendly owner. He is a young company owner but knows what he is doing and how to make you happy with the work he does. He had my back yard all dug up at first doing drainage but if u trust the process it looks amazing in the end. Haven’t had a problem with water since and my grass came in great. Highly recommend this company for any of your landscaping, drainage, sewer, or excavation needs.

Tyler and his crew were very professional and outbid the competition. We presented him with our vision for a backyard waterfall and pond, and he engineered and built it. We couldn't be happier!

The last time I left an honest review, Tyler (whom I never met- he never set foot on this job)) replied with lies meant to embarrass me into taking it down, and did nothing to address or remedy any of the issues. Unfortunately, at the time, It worked.
There's a lot of talent here, but there's a lot of youthful ego too.
When they're good, they're fantastic. When they're not good, there IS zero accountability, professionalism or courtesy for their clients.
Nick Dubecky botched our job so badly that It feels mean to list everything, so just the basics:
1. There's concrete splattered all over our siding & windows 2. The fence posts sank, having not been properly installed- they scheduled & failed to show up for appt to repair 4 times. 3. Concrete cracked within 6 weeks 4. THE ENTIRE PATIO IS CRUMBLING.
I could go on, but isn't that bad enough?

These guys were such a great help! We called in the morning and he made himself available for a last minute pick up on a Saturday morning! Excellent prices and very satisfied with the quality of our bulk mulch purchase! Highly recommended!

When we called American Earth Companies we were at the end of our rope with our flooding issues. From the beginning of our interactions with them they were informative, professional, and got to the bottom of our problem (and solved it) when other companies and professionals had failed for years. We are so thankful for Tyler and his crew. Recommend them 100 times over!

Tyler and his crew did an outstanding job from start to finish. They installed a new sump pump and added a grinder pump to prepare our basement for a new bathroom. They also removed the old septic tank and installed a brand new one. The entire team was professional, efficient, and clearly takes pride in their work. Their pricing was fair, and they were honest and transparent throughout the process. We’re extremely happy with the results and will definitely turn to this company again for future projects!

A fantastic company to deal with. Tyler is young, but he operates the company with integrity and skill. He is an engineer so he adds that skill set to much of what he does. They are currently working on the drainage for my property. You will not be disappointed if you decide to use them for all things excavating and drainage.

Tyler and Luke were a great help! Everyone else in the area said they couldn’t get us the landscaping stone we wanted and American Earth had it at our house the next day. The stone came on time, clean and ready to be put into the landscape. I would not hesitate to work with them again!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with clear disrespect and unprofessional behavior. Several comments and actions directed toward me felt racially motivated and made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. No customer should ever feel judged or demeaned based on who they are. When I attempted to address the issue, my concerns were dismissed instead of taken seriously. This company seriously needs to reflect on its values, staff training, and accountability. Until meaningful changes are made, I would not recommend this business to anyone seeking respectful and fair treatment.

I had American Earth Companies do our septic abandonment and sewer tie in. I chose them because of they offered a competitive quote combined with prior track record of experience doing the tie in on my street, which I knew was probably more painful than most. I found Tyler to be straight forward and to the point which I appreciate. His crew was respectful and I believe they did their best within the scope of the project to respect my property and avoid unnecessary damage. They made sure the job was done right despite it being another day of work for them. If I need any future work done I would use them again. I recommend anyone needing honest and reliable work done to call them for an estimate.
