Castle Care provided shrub removal service at my home. They did a fantastic job working efficiently and left the work area clean and tidy.
I have also used their services for larger projects, and snow removal.
I highly recommend them for your landscaping needs in your home and business.

I called to tell this company that their workers had blown a large amount of leaves from our neighbor's lawn onto our lawn the same day this happened. They returned the call nearly a week later. Apparently, my complaint was not taken very seriously.

Very unprofessional. Pay workers horrible wages and very overpriced for any service they offer. Workers have no experience running equipment, don’t follow OSHA regulations. Just overall not a company you want on your property.

We have had Castlecare for 14 years. They are very good workers, responsible and knowledgeable. Their employees have been with them for years. Good company.

Horrible company! Unprofessional workers. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Workers smoke cigarettes on the job and dispose of them on your property!!

We paid them to do an 8-inch scalp for us and they left huge piles of dirt, a lot of debris, most of the weeds were not removed from the dirt before they mulched, and more. It was a poor job to say the least. In addition to this, half of the workers were complaining about doing work the entire time. I heard one of them repeatedly say "I don't want to do this"; which is incredibly unprofessional.

Completely unprofessional, there was a crew out servicing the neighbors yard at 830 in the morning. It may not be against noise regulations, but I work second shift. So by the time I got home, showered, and ate it was 3ish in the morning. At at 830 there's weed whackers, lawn mowers, and leaf blowers all going...and right outside of my bedroom. I approached one of the workers, that looked unprofessional at best. Cigarette hanging out of his mouth, pants around his waist, and when I tried to speak with him about the time...he barely looked at me and said there's no law about noise and continued working. Thanks for being terribly unprofessional, I will definitely make sure I tell everyone I know how bad your staff is. And in addition to that, I will start all my yard work at 7 am!!

CastleCare is amazing!

They worked very closely with us to develop a complete redesign of our landscape. We had a very specific look we wanted and they listened, suggested, informed, and delivered a wonderful design.

Then it was time to install it all. The installation team blew us away with their efficiency and knowledge of the materials and how to install them all. Everyone's attitude was all about Customer Satisfaction first and then get it done! We were constantly asked if we were happy with what they were doing at every stage of the installation.

We would highly recommend CastleCare for all your landscape needs. They are a group of wonderful people to work with.

I recommend Castle Care without hesitation. They did an absolutely fantastic job designing and installing my entire brand new landscape. Owner Lori came to my house, evaluated the property, and created a landscape design that will pop beautiful color to my house all year round.
The cost was very reasonable, far less than I anticipated spending. The entire installation crew was friendly and professional. They even did some extra work for me at no charge!
I had such a good experience that I hired them to maintain my lawn during the course of the spring, summer, and fall months.

Snow packs up this time of year, called in Zach and he was able to get a crew out to clear the sidewalk and driveway the next morning. Zach was easy to talk to and and efficient with his work.
