Installation of a new furnace. This professional take the time to explain us all the possibility but insisted on what will be the best furnace efficiency/cost,He didn't tried to sale us the max!

Way above and beyond 5 star service. My A/C went out and we called Mark at 7pm on a Thursday and he was there at 9am on Friday. Was professional and courteous and had the issue diagnosed in about 15 minutes. Had it fixed in another 10. Ran a full inspection for us since It was the first time he has been to our residence and found a very small problem that could have snowballed that 2 service techs have missed in the last 4 months for service. Fixed that issue in another 15 minutes and for free. Highly recommended and extremely fair prices.

Highly recommended!! I'd give more than 5 stars if it would let me. Our furnace stopped working at 8 pm. Mark immediately answered my call and was able to help me get my furnace working again quickly. His knowledge and expertise helped resolve the problem and get heat back in my home. Central AC unit was leaking inside my basement on a Saturday. Other companies I used in the past were closed on weekends. Found Kuna on Google and Mark was very helpful over the phone. He came over, diagnosed the problem, spent time explaining what the issue was and how to avoid it in the future. He was generous with his time, professional, and charged a fair price. Would definitely call him again.

We had a pleasant experience with KUNA. The owner, personally came out after hours and helped trouble shoot our problem. He was very kind and knowledgeable. Our AC unit needed to be replaced. He offered us various options and helped us make an informed decision. The overall impression I got from this company is that they actually care and will not rush through just to make a quick buck. Very satisfied with our service and would not hesitate to call them in the future for any AC or heating related issue.

Mark did an excelant job diagnosing the problem with our air conditioning unit. He found a bad capacitor and replaced it. Being the professional he is he investigated to find out why the capacitor went bad since the unit isn't that old. He found the problem to be a faulty coil; found that the coil was under warranty; came back removed the faulty coil and put in the new coil. While he was there he went the extra mile and fixed and tightened up some things he just didn't like how they were done by the original installers. He took time to explain maintenance tips to us. We would highly recommend Mark to family and friends.

We used Kuna based on the google reviews, and we are very glad we did. I was a bit hesitant to go with a serviceman that did not come recommended from a friend or family member, but i was not disappointed. Mark was extremely professional and took his time to ensure that I fully understand what was wrong with our air conditioning unit. My husband was not home, so this was greatly appreciated! He answered all the questions we had and did not charge us for anything unnecessary. Give Kuna a call! Will be keeping his # on file for the future.

Thanks Mark, I now have hot water again. Highly recommend Kuna Heating and Air Conditioning for any of your needs. I know I will be using this company for any future issues that I have. I had a failed hot water tank in a brand new house, the system was hooked up to a geo thermal system, but that didn't stop Mark from finding the issue. The manufactor wanted to send the warranty parts out in 2-3 days, but Mark knew how bad I needed hot water again. So he searched locally and was able to find them. Thanks again Mark for going above and beyond to help me. Mark did a great job explaining everything to me, took his time making sure the job was done right and even help work with my busy schedule. He even called me before he was arriving both days.

Old heater in our house broke down on us last winter. Owner himself came out and repaired it but told us that it was in bad need of replacement. I talked to 4 different companies when it came time to replace the old heater and we had them install a new AC unit as well. Of the 4 companies, Kuna gave us the best deal and the crew that came out to do the work was prompt, professional, and very fast. Zero complaints, nothing but respect and gratitude. Will 100% recommend them to friends and family in the area.

I had my furnace start emitting a burning smell and not heat. He was able to come out the same day. He also took the time to educate me about furnaces which I appreciated very much. He was able to get everything back up and running with a pretty simple fix. Ill definitely be using his services in the future for any hvac needs I have.

Mark has been servicing our home HVAC system for the past 10 years. He maintained an old Rheem system that came with our home when we bought it in 1998. We then purchased a new Rheem HVAC system several years ago from Mark. The installation and maintenance have been superb!

During a preseason furnace inspection, Kuna Heating's Mark Kuna noticed some unusual deterioration in our high efficiency furnace that is usually caused by excessive water vapor entering with the intake air. He recommended that we change the location of our intake air and exhaust vapor from the chimney stack to an outside wall. We accepted his recommendation. His work was thorough, very professional, and cleanly. He made sure we were aware of every step he was doing. He finished in one day and he left our basement in better shape than when he started. The outside looks better without those white PVC pipes coming out the chimney. The newly relocated pipes are barely noticeable thanks a discrete fixture he used. The inside looks better with the PVC pipes making a straight shot out rather than tortuous path we originally had. As a bonus, Mark Kuna relocated and properly tightened the gas supply and thereby eliminated an occasional natural gas odor in our basement. Time will tell whether the deterioration continues or not, but for now we are convinced we've chosen the best remedy by having Kuna Heating and Air Conditioning perform this work.

I would recommend Mark and Kuna Heating and Air Conditioning to anybody. He is a professional that you know you can trust, and he truly cares about his customers. The quality of his work is top notch, his pricing is beyond fair, and he always manages to fit you into his schedule, day or night. I truly can't say enough good things about Kuna Heating and A/C.

I had an *exceptional* experience with Mark Kuna. My nearly new furnace stopped working, on Sunday no less, and with small children in the home, anything less than warmth is just not acceptable. Mark came to my home earlier than promised, which was outstanding in and of itself. He addressed my issue for less than the price of a Sunday service call for most other companies. He was in and out in about an hour. In that time, he not only explained the issue to me, but also gave me recommendations for maintenance that would prevent future issues and optimization tips; all with NO UPSELLING. He demonstrated his knowledge in a kind and professional way and was courteous throughout his visit. I have ZERO reason to ever call a HVAC professional other than Mark Kuna ever again.
