I've used Precision Heating and Cooling for 10+ years. They are always prompt and do a great job. I always get a summer or winter tune up and recommend them to everyone.

Our air conditioning quit recently this month. Precision came out the same day (which was a Saturday) and diagnosed the problem and did a temporary fix. Our HVAC system was 15 years old and we decided to have Precision replace it. They are timely, professional and knowledgeable. We highly recommend Precision Heating & Cooling.

Precision is their name and precision is their game. Brian, Pat and Logan were prompt and professional. They went above and beyond; they didn't just install the furnace where the old one was; they took extra time (and made an extra visit!) to assess the situation and made suggestions to save space and increase accessibility. Pat and Logan completed the install. They really take a lot of pride in their work and it shows. We are very grateful for a job exceptionally done!

Another company told us it would be 3 days at least for them to get us up and running again. Precision got us working same day!

I have been a Precision customer since 2018. My oldest was around 1 year old when my heat went out. I called several of those 24 hour companies and the only one that could come out told me my furnace was unrepairable and I needed a full replacement. I, of course, wanted a second opinion and that's when I found Precision. The tech that came out was very kind and after a short review of my equipment told me he likely had the replacement part at his shop and would be right back. My heat was back on in just a few short hours after initially reaching out to them. Fast forward to 2021, my AC goes out and does need replaced (it was the original from the 70s). Long story short, Precision was the right company for the job. They worked with me to pick the best heating and cooling system in my price range and for my home. Brian, the owner, was great to work with and his son's team was the one who installed my new system. They are all very nice guys, professional, and respectful. It is so nice to have a trustworthy, local, family-owned company! I highly recommend!

Overall awesome experience with Precision. Brian provided a competitive quote and answered all my questions. Then came the install with Adam. They just did everything right. Going over everything before starting, professional and very polite. Put protective tarps in the walkways. Took shoes off when they came upstairs to talk to us. We were kept informed during the complete installation of the AC system. Adam reviewed and explained the installation when it was completed. Great attention to detail. Thank you for the great service.

The installers and techs were awesome installing our new furnace and air conditioner. Very friendly staff and explained the process the entire way. Brian was awesome giving us the best price around out of several contractors. Great work and highly recommend Precision Heating & Cooling.

I recently had my air conditioner and furnace replaced by Precision and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. Their price was very competitive compared to other companies I researched. The technicians arrived on time and were professional, personable, and happy to answer any questions I had. It was great to see the lead technician explaining everything thoroughly, not only to me but also to the apprentice on site. The attention to detail and care they took during the install made me feel confident I chose the right company. Highly recommend!

We had this company repair our AC Last year And had the same problem again I could not find my receipt so I called another company they came out repaired it professionally The technician said it was not repaired correctly

Van Driver drives in a very unprofessional manner. Acts like he's the only one on the road that matters. Almost ran me off the road, then tailgated everyone in front of me

Incredibly amateur and unsafe. Huge snow storm coming down and this kid driving their van is texting while driving. Do not recommend

Precision called to cancel an appointment I had made the day of the appointment. When I protested this the service man, who identified himself as Brian, stated that they did not have the expertise to work on my boiler. Awful experience, would not recommend.

Had a furnace by them installed. Fast forward 3 years later had to have it all completely rebuilt. They installed a furnace that was too powerful for my house.
