Very happy with this plow service! Considering the first decent snow of the season was one of the worst snowfalls Cleveland has seen in years, I was pleasantly surprised how quickly our driveway was cleared. I would recommend A&M General Services to anyone!

What a wonderful company! Always responds in a timely manner & goes above & beyond to help their customers! The crew did a fabulous job cleaning my leaves & all summer cutting my grass… so pleased with their work!

Was very pleased with snow removal services, and the owner, April was very pleasant to deal with. Plowed driveway & shoveled front walkway which was nice (previous company did not shovel our walkway), plan on using them again.

Best snow plow service I’ve ever used! I was not expecting this company to be able to plow my residential drive as quick as they did. Between Covid employee shortages and this latest huge snow storm, many commercial places had difficulties getting their lots plowed. In fact, seeing how ODOT was having trouble keeping up with clearing roads, I think this plow service did an excellent job. Will definitely keep my contract this year and years to come.

This was our second experience with A&M General services. We have very high expectations and they have again met our vision. Not to mention they are family operated and women owned. Thanks April, Mike and Team.

Mike is such a great guy, He literally called me in less than 20 minutes after I submitted an an inquiry on their website then he came to my house after like 30 minutes and was super cool! He came the next day and mowed my whole lawn perfectly and did such a great job. I am glad I found him.

I randomly found M&M and I’m so glad I did. When he came to view the driveway, he suggested spots to put the snow so that it wouldn’t hurt my fence. They make sure my driveway is clear when I leave in the morning. He also shovels in front of my side facing garage so that there isn’t a big pile that I have to plow my way thru. This is the best snow plow service I’ve ever had.

This is my first year working with A&M. April and Mike have been great to work with. I had my first cut today and they did a fantastic job!

M&M snow service did an absolutely amazing job at our residential property. Called in a pinch and he took care of us quickly, did an incredible job, and with a fair price. Will call again with any future needs and would highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for reliable service.

These people are just awesome! They helped my mom with getting her yard cut. I live in Indiana, and they actually did business with me over the phone. My mom couldn't figure out how to sign the emailed contract. Half hour later they brought a paper one to her house for her to sign! These folks need 6 stars. They made a very stressful situation extremely bearable! Thank you so very much! We will never use anyone else!

Mike & April were extremely professional and responsive to my immediate snow removal need. I know how busy they are during this time and I really appreciated having their help so quickly (especially on the weekend). I plan to continue using their snow removal service.

A good friend was too busy to do my driveway. I found Mike's business online and contacted him. He responded that day and was out the next to set things up and take a look at the area needed to be plowed. We needed it done by 7 a.m. on bad snow days, and he understood completely. I've been doing my 200'+ gravel driveway for 20 years, and finally retired from it! I highly recommend Mike and you will not be disappointed! CostcoJoe

Highly recommend A&M. They did a fantastic job replacing our culvert and part of our driveway fast and efficiently. The job was a difficult one! Their cement finishing and clean up was excellent.

Would use them again in a heartbeat. Have a non-draining backyard, that over the years has become uneven. A&M quoted, communicated and completed everything in a quick, professional manner and kept us informed along the way. Added on some landscaping around the pool with the draining, leveling and grass. Will update with pictures when the grass comes in, but again would definitely recommend them for any of your needs.

I picked one of the wettest summers to get backyard landscaped. April and Mike communicated all the weather delay issues in a timely fashion. When the weather cooperated and Mike and his crew got it done, as promised, in two days, including cleanup. Could not ask for a better experience. Will use A&M again.

Earlier this spring I hired A & M to clean out overgrown garden beds in my front yard. They did a great job and decided to hire them to take over all of my weekly yard maintenance. They just completed additional work in my back yard including new top soil, grass seed and minor landscaping. They come, do the job and clean up afterwards. Mike and Amy have been professional, pleasant and easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

Great experience with Mike and his team. Mike responded right away for a quote to plant some bushes and a tree as well as weeding and mulching the garden beds. The garden beds look beautiful. Mike checked the final result and checked with me to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. His prices are reasonable and everything was done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Mike and his team at A&E for any of your garden and yard needs!
