My girlfriend and I recently bought a flipped house with some issues that we were aware of. We called Beetles to come out and assess a few things and get our home in proper working order. Not only did they help, but they informed us that the contractor had installed the completely wrong type of water heater that had it been turned on could have caused carbon monoxide to fill the home!
Luke was very detailed, informative, and did everything without any pushiness or pressure to sell. He gave me multiple options for each issue, gave recommendations on other plumbing related items that I was not even aware of in the home, as well as informed me of pricing if I wanted them to complete those in the future. Not only that, but Beetles completed everything I needed within 24 hours of reaching out to them. Top tier customer service, piece of mind, and second to none quality. Thank you, Beetles! Will definitely be using you again in the future.

UPDATE: Just wanted to say again how awesome this team is. Kelly took my call at 8:30 that morning, kept me in the loop on when someone could come out. Luke was there at 11 and my problem (some water backing up in the basement) was solved by 2.

As a first time homeowner of a home built in 1940, Beetles made a tough and stressful situation easy to handle. They were able to provide options of repair- from a full scope fix to something that was able to fit my budget at the time. It was great to see and be able to be walked through things I will eventually need- but being broken down this way made everything seem so much more manageable.

Woke up this Saturday morning to a potential disaster. I called Beetle’s, hoping to get on the schedule for Monday. Not only did they offer Saturday service, but the added cost to come out on a weekend felt pretty reasonable. Thanks to Luke for his quick, clean work and to Kelly for prompt communication and scheduling.

Had a partial blockage of our main line from tree roots. Reached out over the weekend to see if someone could come out and take a look on Monday. Larry came out at 8 am and had us all fixed by about 10 am. Would definitely recommend.

Today Ricky was out here to clear out my Kitchen drain. He was very professional. He explained all of the possible options to me and then we proceeded with seeing if we could get this to clear completely. He worked from two different areas, making sure that the pipe was completely cleared and that everything was draining the way it should.
I was very happy with the service I received today and will continue using Beetles in the future.

Ricky was wonderful. He was completely transparent about the possible costs involved in fixing our toilet and only did what was necessary. His explanations were clear and he even took photos during the repair process to show me what he found. I plan to use Beetles the next time I need plumbing work done.

Our hallway/laundry room ceiling was getting soaked and we couldn't figure out why. Beetles Plumbing Solutions had a tech out the next day and was able to narrow the issue down to the cheap toilet. Got a new one installed the same day -- crisis averted!

Water lines to our washing machine froze due to the extreme cold. After 2 days of heating the area and removing drywall to warm the pipes, I called Beetle’s to check it out. They were over within 15 minutes. As luck would have it, the lines unfroze when we were discussing things. Since the lines were on an outside wall, they recommended re-routing them. We were able to book an appointment 2 days later and they completed the re-route while installing new lines & valves. Larry & his son Larry are highly knowledgeable, patient and kind. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

This is such an attentive and caring company. We have had a variety of work done around our house a few different times and they are communicative, provide a lot of different options, kind and courteous, and prompt. We've really been impressed and appreciate the work they've done.
