Sliding glass door removal and installation performed professionally and to my satisfaction. Communication during to estimate and planned installation was lacking however the work was completed in a reasonable time period.

Home Exteriors has replaced numerous windows in our home. They are professional and prompt and provide a great window at a good price. We will be using them again in the future.

This company has been around ever since I can remember and the best in the business that I have worked with to date! Very knowledgeable people, very easy to work with, and all around a pleasant experience every time! Highly recommend.

We had new siding, gutters and soffit installed by Home Exteriors. We are very pleased with the work.

The crew leader, Jerry, was very conscientious and is an expert at his craft. Crews tackled the project quickly and kept a tidy work site.

We chose Home Exteriors because the price and past experience with the company. They honored a warranty window repair that was installed about 20 years earlier.

I work with Rob, he gave me fair pricing for gutters and a replacement roof on my addiction. Any issue I had, Lisa took care of them right away. Overall, good experience!

We had Home Exteriors install our siding a few years ago and from the start, Rob was an awesome consultant. He made some suggestions about styles and appearance and wasn't the least bit pushy or "salesmanish", and we ultimately went with his suggestions. After install, I noticed something by one of the peaks - the team had someone come out right away to take a look and secure it, no questions asked. Fast forward to today and with the recent winds, we had a couple pieces that got pulled off and were slapping against the house. I called and got a hold of Dave - again, zero hesitation and he agreed to send some out to take a look. Tyler showed up, fixed the affected pieces and even addressed another piece we noticed at the last minute. The initial install was clean and efficient with no remnants the team was there - and we love the end look. The follow-up service and attention has been stellar. Talk to these guys for your siding job.

The team at Home Exteriors was awesome. Easy to work with and competitive pricing. Had them do our windows, siding and treated our roof and would strongly recommend them to anyone/everyone.

No more phlegm-colored house! I've used Home Exteriors for 2 houses now (roof for one, windows/ siding for the other), and I've been very happy with both experiences. Gary gave us fair, no-hassle quotes up front. The work was done about a month sooner than expected. Steve and his crew worked with every request or change we had- I cannot recommend this company enough!

Do not hire. Home exteriors installed a new roof on our home for the prior owners in late 2021/early 2022. We bought the house the summer of 2022. That winter, we experienced a leak and called Home Exteriors to fix under warranty. They argued with us that the roof warranty (from a roof they installed less than 1 year prior) does not transfer with the sale of the home and would not send someone out to fix the roof. After going back-and-forth, they eventually agreed however it seems they did not actually fix it and instead just put a Band-Aid on the issue because the subsequent winter 2023, the same exact leak returned. Once again, we called Home Exteriors who fought with us that we do not have a warranty, and after making a big fuss, they again agreed to send someone out. The same leak reappeared again the winter of 2024. It is safe to say Home Exteriors was not dedicated to correcting their poorly installed roof, but instead temporarily fixing it to get us off their backs. Additionally during this time, a different leak appeared in our home. After another battle, they sent someone out and quickly said it wasn’t related to their roof install and left (without offering to fix it for a price). We called a separate company after feeing tired of dealing with Home Exteriors and also not trusting their workmanship. The second roofing company stated the second leak was actually related to Home Exteriors’ roof install, because they improperly installed a ridge vent overlying a flat roof causing the leak.
Fast forward to winter of 2025, and the initial leak reappeared. This time instead of calling Home Exteriors, we decided to deal with someone trustworthy- an honest company, who will stand by their work with quality work at that. The owner of the company had a lot to say about the install that Home Exteriors did, and will be coming back to correct their mistakes. We are so thankful for this new company, and wish we called them sooner.
Please learn from our (and previous owners) mistake and do not hire Home Exteriors.
Oh, a little fun fact - my mom emailed Home Exteriors acting interested in a roof install and asked if their warranty transfers with sale and they responded it DOES. So I don’t know who they are being dishonest to- but BE CAREFUL.

Our house when we bought it had an older roof. We were dreading replacing it because we just heard from friends how expensive it was and what a nightmare the process was. We called home exteriors, and a girl named Makayla answered the phone. She was really pleasant and then August came to our house to walk us through the process and everything. It was almost too easy. I would absolutely recommend this company to all my friends and family.

My grandma needed a new roof, some replacement windows and new siding. We got in contact with Gary, his company did a phenomenal job. His employees were respectful and honest, could not ask for a better experience

Grateful for a team who is responsive to help and support their customers. For years we have used their services for windows, gutters, gutter guards and a roof. If we have any issue (owning a house always you have something to do!), they are the first company we call even for referrals. Thank you for being reliable!

The people at Home Exteriors are friendly, honest, and not pushy at all. I called two other companies for estimates and the amount of pressure and upselling was so uncomfortable and rude - they totally ignored our respectful boundary setting until we asked them to leave.
Home Exteriors could not have been more respectful and transparent with their services. The installation was on time and respectful of our space. We do plan on using them again and will only recommend them for window replacements.

This has to be one of the easiest home improvement jobs/experiences we have had. Gary was extremely helpful in providing options to redo our siding, roof and building a Portico on our front porch. Every contractor that came to our house was professional, took pride in their work and cleaned up the exterior daily. We essentially have a brand new house. We are extremely happy and would highly recommend using Home Exteriors for your home improvement needs.

My family has been using Home Exteriors for over 34 years. Three houses later and they are the only company my family chooses to use. The quality, pricing, and products had always been outstanding not to mention working with Gary and Dave. The install team on all three houses have gone above and beyond our expectation. We highly recommend Home Exteriors!

August was our sales representative, and we contracted his company, Home Exteriors, to replace our roof. From start to finish, August was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and it was truly a pleasure working with him. We’re very happy with our new roof and would highly recommend August and Home Exteriors.

Rob G. Is friendly and listened to our needs and concerns. Overall very responsive to any issue we had. As there is in any large projects therec were a few concerns but those were resolved in a timely manner. The installers steadily worked to complete the project. Everything went well and they cleaned up all materials. We are pleased with the finished outcome. We love it. It's like a new home.

This review will be approximately a 3 year comprehensive timeline of the entire process from install through follow on support or lack there of.

The original bid took place early 2022, we were told understandably so that they had issues with the amount of window supply post covid and that install would be about 8 weeks. We then did not hear from Home Exteriors again for several months until I followed up at which time they wanted to install very quickly. I travel a lot for work so this interaction was a little off-putting. Once a date for installation was agreed upon, the next hiccup came when the sliding patio door was delivered several days prior to installation with no communication whatsoever that it would be there and that it would require a signature for delivery.

When the time came for installation, I was given no follow on guidance on how long the job would take, which would end up being two full days. I'm fine with this I just wish I had been told what to expect time wise for coordination with my own job for time off needed. The lone installer by the name of Ted showed up, proceeded to take a hammer to the glass of the window being replaced upstairs in the bedroom and smashed glass all over the inside of the condo and then down onto the outside patio. Ted cleaned up none of the glass that smashed onto the concrete patio outside. After the install, there was a pretty noticeable screw sized hole in the actual frame of the window on the leaking side which still to this day none of the techs sent out to examine the window have said anything about or even tried to plug.

Shortly after the install it became apparent that water was leaking in at the corners of the upstairs bedroom window. I called Home Exteriors and was put in contact with Dave. Upon telling him the issue I was having with the water leaking his first comment to me via phone was that my condo was probably built incorrectly despite the previous windows hadn't leaked at all until shortly after the installation of the new windows. After several back and forth phone calls, a couple different techs were sent out to visibly look at the window. The second tech found an entire portion of the outside of the leaking window had not been caulked at all. Reasonably a waiting period of several months went by to see if the window was still leaking but the damaged drywall made this difficult to truly ascertain. Then a painter was sent out to lay more drywall mud and paint over the damaged section. Shortly after that it was again apparent that the window was still leaking as the drywall started to bubble up again. Earlier this year I had an unaffiliated contractor put new flooring in and he showed me the water damage to the particle board of the floor just below the leaking corner of the upstairs window.

As of the last few months my ongoing communication for any sort of follow-on support of this issue has been beyond poor. I called the office and was put in contact with August. His response to me telling him of the ongoing leak was "wow that's crazy" and then he told me to text him photos of the damage. I initially sent him photos on September 17th, to which I received no reply. I followed up again with more photos on October 1st and again received no reply. I followed up with the number he gave me once again on October 24th and did not receive a reply from him until I called the office about 4 days later. From there he said someone would be out next week. Nobody from the company called after that to arrange a time to come take a look at the window. I followed up again the next week on November 3rd. August once again said someone would be out that week. I followed up again today now the third week past him telling me a work order had been placed and again have received no follow on communication from anyone at Home exteriors. As of now I cannot in good conscience recommend Home Exteriors for window installation or support of their lifetime warranty on the windows.
