one of the worst landscaping experiences I ever had. The plants that were put in were placed in areas that were not able to provide the correct amount of light and shade. The "trimming" that was done was so severe that my very expensive japanese maple specimen plant took 3 years to recover and almost didn't make it. I was completely dissatisfied with the work that was done. Hired someone else to re-do most of what had been done and to help the damaged plants recover from the severe cutting that had been done.

Excellent job once again!! Rossi Landscaping was very efficient prompt and performed a quality job. New construction needed to grade, seed, create beds couldn't have gone smoother. Drive by and see for yourself we now have the best landscaping on the Bedford Automile. Thanks again the team at Mazda Of Bedford.

As the executor of an estate, I kept Rossi on since the decedent had already had a contract with them. They did good work all season and were willing to work through some issues with timely payment due to estate issues. The problems came when the new season was to begin the following year. I only needed them to do some basic maintenance for the beginning of the season, as the house was on the market. Repeated calls to Mike Rossi went unanswered. He absolutely NEVER returned a call. I had to call constantly. The grass continued to grow as I heard from no one, despite multiple attempts to reach them. Once I did finally get Rossi on the phone (I happened to call late when he answered the phone), he handed me a litany of excuses and promised to go to the site and give me a call back. He never did. I called back two more times to no avail. My last call was to tell the poor staff person on the phone that Mike shouldn't even bother to call me back, as if he were planning to anyway. In the face of angry neighbors, I was forced to call on other services - which at that late point in the season was very difficult. I wouldn't recommend Rossi Landscaping mainly due to their poor follow through and poor customer service. They caused a problematic situation for me unnecessarily.

THE BEST!!! If you want your yard to look like something out of a magazine then Rossi Landscaping is the company you need to hire for all of your landscaping needs. They have great ideas, they're wonderful at determining what plants and trees are best for your property. They are very timely, neat and courteous to their customers. They are A++++

After the hot summer made our grass sparse and brown (despite a lot of watering), Mr. Rossi took the time to inspect and properly diagnose the problem (needed insecticide as well as fertilizer). His crew promptly did that work and some overseeding, and now the lawn is thick and green again! And they did it for a reasonable price. I will be using Rossi Landscaping again in the spring.

We had a great experience with Brian Rossi, and his crew. They showed up when they said they would, and did what was supposed to be done, with exactly the right materials. The crew was very competent, professional and courteous. The job they did for us was beyond our expectations. We would recommend Rossi Landscaping for all your needs.

I hired Rossi Landscaping to install a natural stone retaining wall in my backyard, and they did an excellent job—I would recommend them without hesitation. The process began when Brian Rossi came to my home to assess the project. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and soon followed up with a very fair estimate.

The back of my property isn’t easy to access, and I wanted to use very large stones for the wall, but Brian wasn’t fazed, which was reassuring. When the crew arrived, it was clear that they had experience with this kind of project. They worked quickly and efficiently, and the crew chief was personable and happy to answer all of my questions.

When the job was done, they cleaned up thoroughly and even laid grass seed in the area of my lawn where they had hauled the stones and equipment. The finished wall looks even better than I imagined. I rarely take the time to write reviews, but in this case, it was absolutely worth it.
