Been in there a few times always rude. They take forever to get you what you want. They answer phone when they are ringing you up and never say excuse me. Rude as ever. Also hard to find a worker ever to get what you want. Horrible place and way over priced.

My parents live in the area and recently had Jim and team come to the house and to help with some creative ideas for the new landscape. The knowledge and creativity that Jim and team had blew their minds and they quickly signed on! Their landscape looks absolutley amazing and we cannot thank them enough!!! This business is FAMILY owned and a true gem!

We have been going to Woodville Road Nursery for 45 years now. We have never had a problem with this company. They have planted all of our trees and a lot of our bushes. We found them to be very professional, and stand behind all their work.

Super knowledgeable and friendly staff. They have helped me with a number of projects ranging from complicated landscape issues to simple advice on house plants. I trust their expertise and highly recommend to anyone looking for help with their landscaping...especially for beginners like me!

Stopped in two times and will never step foot on their property again. Terrible customer service. I will drive 25 min to the other side of town before I drive 5 minutes to go there to be treated like trash. Here is some advice for the owner- send your yard man to customer service classes or have someone else deal with the customers. Oh and your "top down" policy on your rock is ridiculous. Sandman here I come, no top down policy there and got a cheaper price!

Hats off to this business. We really should takes notes. Somehow despite not answering the phone after several attempts (on several occasions), nobody manning the front desk, and having doors locked during advertised business hours they still manage to stay in business! Most recently I was audibly laughed at by someone at this place of business for inquiring about a same-day material delivery. I will admit they apologized but how ridiculously inappropriate.
