They was late then we had to call the office back bc the guy didn't know what the hell he was doing and we told the office the night before what my mother needed.. we was trying to explain to him again then he hung up on us.. that's really nice...

I have used them many times for the drain unclogging the same drain and they REFUSED to unclog it because 1. They haven't been out in a while & 2. Because I have a big tree in the yard... I think this is crazy because they dthey are paid to unclog

We had an issue with our main drain. Magic City Drain came out this morning and spent over 3 hours getting it opened up. Thank you Alex wonderful job.

Called at 8:30 on a Tuesday, they told me they would be out between 12-4. They even called to let me know it would be closer to 4. When they got here the man was very professional and nice and I was charged what I was quoted on the phone. Easy and completely fixed the clogged basement drain

Wouldn't recommend them for nothing. A guy came out Friday and said they would call me Monday to give me a time for Tuesday. Never called and when we called they acted like the guy never said he will be back, so would not recommend them for nothing.

Great company very affordable and they came out the same day. The guys that showed up were friendly and very professional couldn't be happier with the service! They had my basement drain unclogged in no time!

This is a great company. I had a stoppage in a small line in the basement, they arrived as promised, diagnosed the problem, rectified it promptly and rode off into the sunset. Magic City has made Ron's List of preferred companies, the price was palatable also

Great company, very professional from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them. We had a different company come out and quote us approximately 4 times as much for the same service that magic city did.
There equipment was in good shape and presentable, guys were in uniforms. Solid company.

Basement main drain backed up, I just picked a name and called- glad I did. These guys were nice, down to earth, and priced FAR less than I expected. The other quote for the same job was triple what they charged me. Brad and Alex- highly recommend!

Their customer service is horrible, please don't use this company everyone there is extremely nasty. I will never ever call this company for anything. I work for a government job, and we use them for jetting main water lines, and every time I call they always have an attitude or is very rude.

We called magic city and set an appointment, they cancelled day of and rescheduled for next day. No big deal. Next day comes i never received a call during the 4 hour gap they were supposed to come. I call back politely and ask if they were still coming out, lady proceeds to be extremely rude on the phone and then hangs up. I call back and she proceeds to ignore my calls. Unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend their customer service to anyone.
