On time, professional, and good work. 2nd time I used them. Ignore bad reviews. I suspect they are from warranty customers whose plan paid for the "cheapest" way out and didn't follow recomendations.

They were sent to my house by home warranty company. Did not show or call to inform me they were not going to make it to my house for the first scheduled visit. Sent two inexperienced KIDS for the second scheduled appointment and they damaged my shower fixture and broke the internal components making it impossible to shut off the shower. I spoke with the owner that evening and he stated he would come out the next day to repair the damage. He never showed up and would not take or return my calls. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL company.
Before you choose to use them, I caution you to read the reviews. I am not the only one with a bad experience. I also used them on a prior visit and it took them over 3 weeks to come back out to finish the repair -

Called through my home warranty company. Came to appointment at the last minute of the window time period. Had a drain from the tub leaking. Said they needed ok from warranty company to do repair. This was a Tuesday, I had to call warranty company to call them back since I never got a response by that Friday. Played phone tag with them all day Friday until just b4 closing finally getting thru. Receptionist claimed to be waiting on the go ahead from the warranty company. Didn't get an ok call back til the following Monday. The appointment was scheduled for Thursday morning. Meanwhile Didn't have use of my bathroom facilities for almost 2 weeks and had to reside elsewhere. Gold stars to the technician. He was efficient and called b4 he came and fixed the problem. Was very knowledgeable and explained all that he did
