On time, professional, and good work. 2nd time I used them. Ignore bad reviews. I suspect they are from warranty customers whose plan paid for the "cheapest" way out and didn't follow recomendations.

This is the third company assigned to my claim through my warranty company. From the beginning, Joyce was very pleasant and was able to accommodate my hectic schedule to get someone out to check the issue. Tim came out to my home on time the day of my appointment, found the problem almost immediately and fixed what was wrong. He was polite and professional and explained everything he was doing. Would not hesitate using this company again.

I was leery about this company after reading their reviews, but actually had a great experience. The home warranty company selected this company to repair the furnace at my parents house this week. I was contacted by a nice lady first thing in the morning telling me that someone would arrive 12-4 pm. I received a call at 1pm from Don saying he was on his way. He was very courteous & honest. He explained what was the issue & corrected the problem. Couldn't have sent a nicer man. I'm very happy with their service. It seems like most of the negative reviews are plumbing issues. I wouldn't hesitate to call for heating & cooling.

Had them out for a major repair of a drain stack and quoted me the one day and were out the next to fix it. Got it done in a few hours and finally had a bathroom back in our house. Overall was very satisfied

Technician arrived within time window to unclogged the main sewer line of my house. Friendly, quick, efficient & thorough. Will do a more advanced cleaning as a follow-up. All covered by home warranty. Within one hour after the job was done, it rained cats, dogs & small farm animals! Thank God my work was done, or my place would have been a mess!! Very, very pleased with this company!!

This was one of the best experiences I've had with home repair. I put in the request on a Thursday afternoon, and received a call an hour later stating that the technician was in the area and could look at the leaking water heater. That is fast service but I was out of town and couldn't get home. They set up an appointment for Tuesday morning, and the technician said I needed a new tank (which it was totally obvious that i did need one). They scheduled an install appointment on Thursday but I had to reschedule due to unforeseen issues. It was rescheduled for Tuesday and Mark the technician explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions completely. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional and represents the company well. The install was painless and he left no mess whatsoever and I couldn't be happier with Mark and Wiese.

Editing due to Wiese answering another HSA Home Warranty Service call for me- My bathroom sink was clogged and the toilet handle needed to be held down for 5 seconds while flushing. I placed an online service request and Wiese called me the same day I placed the service request. I placed the request Friday, and they were here on Monday! They not only fixed both of by plumbing issues, they also were very courteous and didn't dirty up my house. They even wiped up after themselves and took my trash out. Thank you Tim and Kevin, and Wiese for always giving me top notch service! I'm so sad about all of the negative reviews because I have literally had stellar service every time Wiese has been to my house! Give them a chance everyone :-)

On time figured out the problem quickly and did the repairs quickly. Also polite and left no mess!

Wiese power jetted my clogged basement drain. This worked, but made a huge mess. These guys stayed past 5:00p cleaning up. They did a FANTASTIC clean up job. Unbelievable! I've used other plumbers, but nobody has left us in the great shape Wiese did. Thank you!

Used them through my home warranty! They called within five minutes of calling. Came out the next day for a quote then was here on Monday for my new hot water tank. Very fast great response and professional workers. Very happy!

Tyler and crew worked on my main drain with equipment, and solved my problem. Everything went well. I had no clean up. We even told a few plumbing stories. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The guys at Weiss plumbing came out after we had an issue with our water pressure. They were on time and professional for the entire visit. They identified the problem quickly and made the repairs. They easily could've upcharged me because I know nothing about plumbing but they didn't. I thought service like this didn't exist anymore. We were extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and reliable plumber!

Honest, reliable and on time. Unlike the other plumbing and heating companies in the area, Wiese isn't using "flat rate" pricing to hide an inflated hourly rate or trying to sell you something you neither want or need.

I was very pleased with both technicians. I had them come out a second time after my water heater install because I was so happy with them. Great communication and very thorough.

We were having issues with our tankless hot water tank giving error codes and losing hot water. The technician came out and was able to remedy our issue in a timely manner for a reasonable price. He was knowledgeable and kind. Value for our money 10/10

Called Wiese plumbing to fix my clogged shower drain. My technician Darryl was here on time and notified me prior, that he was on his way. He quickly cleared the drain and had it draining better than I had ever seen! Fast, reliable, and affordable that's what you can expect when you call Wiese plumbing.

The two technicians did a great job with replacing the sewer pipe. They are very courteous and easy to talk to. I would recommend Wiese Plumbing to anybody.
