Perfect Power Wash

Karl did an awesome job! Lots of driveway and concrete to clean and seal, he arrived on time and got right to work. It looks fabulous and just in time for rain the following day. It beaded up just like the pictures! Thank you Karl for your hard work and I highly recommend!

I paid a high price to have my sidewalks, front porch, and driveway "power washed" and sealed. When the PPW showed up, he said he could only use soap, as my concrete was only 2.5 yrs old, and it needed to be at least 3 years old to power wash. He said it will look great. But I paid for power washing??? I was inside, and PPW started working. I noticed it got quite, so I went to check on the progress. No PPW, no truck, just a big sign stuck in my front yard. Very unprofessional not to check with the customer before leaving. After inspecting, my stains were still there, kinda explains why he exited quietly.
Update: 10/28/22 on 10/6/22 Joshua Boecker contacted me, asking how they can make this right. He said they would send one of their more experienced teams. I agreed and scheduled 10/28/22. I had a window on 10/28/22 from 8am to 12-noon, nobody showed. At 2pm, I received a text saying they had no technicians available? What? I had scheduled 3 weeks out, made myself available and waited. Couldn't they have known the day before? Or call me at 8am to free up my day? Unbelievable!

I can't recommend this company enough. I've owned several homes and this is the best power washing company I've used. They are efficient, punctual, the price is right, and the work is impeccable. They're communicative regarding changes they may have to make in order to improve their work.
