Service was postponed. I was given a times frame from about 2 pm to 5:30 pm. Received service stating at 6:30 and ended around 10:30 pm.
Technician was great! I do appreciate his hard work and effort to resolve the issue.
Simply disappointed on the time frame.

In fairness I was traveling when I rec'd notice that my drain backed up and my finished basement was affected. Tech ran 100 ft. Nothing. Said he heard water running so it was probably OK to flush/shower etc. Well, it wasn't. Drain backed up again. Called 2nd plumber who eventually ran past 100 ft and found a packed line at about 112 feet. Tech made the "mistake" of wanting to talk about installing an outside cleanout at 14K...while I was still traveling and just trying to get the line cleared. He was probably just doing his job to upsell ...but I was not open for that discussion at that time. I've used Roto Rooter in the past to clear this same line (tree root problem) and have always been pleased with their service
