Landscaping reviews in Okeana, Ohio

Justin did our landscaping years ago. He did a wonderful job and we trust him and his crew to keep it looking good. He always answers my emails promptly and keeps his appointments. He does excellent work at a fair price.

Justin was an absolute pleasure to work with. Professionalism, expertise and execution was second to none. Justin provided a beautiful design, that we consistently receive compliments on. Not only was the project completed on time but also within budget. I would recommend Springleaf Outdoor Services without hesitation. You will not be disappointed with Springleaf Outdoor Services

Springleaf Outdoor was a referral from a friend and we couldn't have been happier with the work. Justin and his crew were top notch! They were kind and considerate of our property, willing to work through our ideas and make changes and extremely hard working. They showed up on time and completed the projected when they said they would. I will 100% use them again.

Justin was an awesome communicator. He kept me updated, was on time, was patient with me even though I changed up things on him-several times. This company does excellent work. They cleaned up well and they delivered as promised! I highly recommend this company for any landscaping needs.

Best landscaping company ever! Justin the owner is very respectful, friendly, and easy to work with. I will be using his services again.

This is the third time I have worked with Springleaf Outdoor Services,. Each and every time I work with them it has been so easy and a job well done. Justin listens to my ideas and helps articulate what I want into what works best for my yard. He is always on time, works with his staff and completes the job on time, making sure I am happy with the results. I would highly recommend him for any outdoor project you have, no matter how large or small.

We are very pleased with Justin and the quality of his work. Everything has turned out exactly like he quoted and what we expected. A pleasure having done business with SPRINGLEAF OUTDOOR SERVICES.

Justin and the Springleaf team are absolutely amazing to work with. From incredible design to top notch installation, the process was smooth all the way along. He considered all of our needs, selected the perfect plants, answered all of our questions, and was on site with his team to get it all done. Our house was in need of a significant landscaping update and the difference between before and after is nothing short of impressive. Honestly, I can't recommend Springleaf enough. Quality work and absolutely outstanding service. Wish I could give more stars!

Working with Justin was a pleasure. He was knowledgeable of the plants needed for our job. He listened to our thoughts and designed accordingly. The design was more than we could have imagined. He is meticulous in his work and kept the work area clean. He answered ALL my questions and there were a lot! He spent the time needed with us to come up with this lovely design and explained how to maintain each plant. Justin hand picked each plant with care. He was on sight each day working along side his staff ensuring everything was just right and to his standards. He was literally in there getting his hands dirty. We could not be happier! Highly recommended from this household!

I sit here trying to find the best and shortest way to explain how Justin is the best to work with. His quality of work is also the very best. I work in construction with all the trades and it really is extremely hard to find good help. I only wish every company and subcontractor I work with was as good as Justin and his company. Justin is the best at everything from start to finish, the complete package. His communication, attention to detail, quality of work, and even down to the care he has for his customers. I guess the best and shortest way to say it all is this: If Springleaf Outdoor Services isn’t doing your work, you’ve made a huge mistake.

After trying different landscape companies in years past gave Springleaf Outdoor Services a try. Justin designed and installed the landscaping all around my house and property with great success. His crew took the time to make sure that everything and I mean everything was done exactly right. I have been contracting Springleaf Outdoor Services ever since and will not go back. From design to installation to clean up Springleaf Outdoor Services is second to none

Justin was a great thought partner on design and then he and his team were terrific on the install days! Before/after difference is amazing. I will happily use them for annual cleanup and mulch service. Thanks so much! (plus, company dog Bella is awesome! :)

Springleaf Outdoor Services and Justin did an awesome job with my project. This day in age small businesses lack great customer service and passion for the work. Justin answered every call and text and was passionate about the work he did. Highly recommend.

When I had my house built I just used the builder grade landscaping. It was time for improvement with a complete overhaul! I contacted Springleaf outdoor services and spoke with the owner Justin. With any project I like to see finish products not just the plants alone. Justin has a 3D cad design and did a complete layout with photos of plants outlining how my landscaping would appear in my front yard. Justin’s hard work and effort was amazing! He’s comes to the job , does the work, along with his other professional coworkers. Does great quality work!! I highly recommend this business!!

I've used Springleaf Outdoor Services for many years and have always been very happy with the results. Justin has great ideas and is always open to new ones. He is very accommodating with last minute changes and very thorough. His work is very conscientious and he goes the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect before planting. He has done some spectacular projects for me (and will do many more) and his crew is always very pleasant and hard working. If you are looking for a great Landscaper Springleaf Outdoor Services is the company you want to hire. One if the best!!!

Springleaf Outdoor Services restored our badly overgrown backyard rock garden and transformed it from a thick mangle of ground cover, weeds and old plantings into a lovely, peaceful, colorful flower garden. Justin was a pleasure to work with, listened to our ideas and goal for the yard and, with his crew, made our vision come to life in just two days.
He is an experienced and knowledgeable landscape artist and I can’t recommend him highly enough. He is an excellent communicator and never left us hanging. Finally, his fee is very reasonable.

Justin and his team at Springleaf Outdoor Services are absolutely incredible. The owner Justin responds right away, specializes in 3D landscape design, and the best part of all is he actually performs the labor from start to finish! Springleaf separates themselves from other typical landscaping companies by focusing on the quality and detail of their work. It is a smaller landscaping company which allows a feasible turn around time. Justin’s crew is very professional, respectful, and they focus on exactly what the customer wants at all times. I HIGHLY recommend Springleaf Outdoor Services for any landscaping, custom landscape design, lawn care, and any other related landscaping needs. I will never use any other company ever again! Thank you Justin and the Springleaf team for always taking care of us and our needs! We will see you again in the spring!!

Justin was great to work with. He re-worked our decorative rock and landscaping out front. Turned out amazing.

Justin & Austin did a wonderful job this week with our landscaping issues. Very responsive & professional in every facet of the scope of work. Justin has extensive experience in the landscaping business & it is evident in his product knowledge & execution. I would highly recommend Springleaf Services for your design & maintenance needs.

Justin and his team a wonderful job. We moved into our new house in late November and Justin was still able to install landscaping in December. Our yard had some unique challenges (elevation and drainage). In addition, we wanted some specific plantings for certain gardens. Justin was able to offer suggestions and then show us visual renderings of the landscape designs. After some back and forth, utilizing Justin’s knowledge of what plants would grow best in different locations, we landed on a beautiful plan. Justin and his team then implemented the plan. They were punctual, hard working, and didn’t take shortcuts. We were very pleased with the size and quality of the plants Justin delivered. We highly recommend Springleaf Outdoor Services.

Justin and his crew did an awesome job. He creatively designed our tiered garden and other areas with a variety of plants and flowers. All the plants are hardy and looking great. He also came when he said he would, and cleaned up areas at the end of his work day. His price was also very reasonable…much less than we expected. We are continuing to use his service for annual clean ups.
