Called them yesterday afternoon bc my furnace was working inconsistently ... i informed them it wasn't an emergency due to me having other means to heat my home, but would like it checked as soon as they could fit me in. they came up first thing this morning at the agreed upon time and had the problem fixed in minutes, then inspected it to make sure there were no other issues. The gentleman explained the problem, was very professional and friendly. Price was appropriate. Thank u for your help!

It started as a service call. The Tech Mike found the system in a state that I couldn't have. Didn't railroad me into a system but took the time to educate me about what would be best for my situation. He treated me fair and didn't give me the run around being a woman. Mike made sure as a Veteran I was comfortable with who came to install in my home. Even after the installation, Mike called to make sure I was happy with everything. Highly recommend having Atlas do the work because they employ tech employees that take the time to be friendly and professional and treat you like real people.

We went with Atlas 20 years ago because of the sticker on the furnace of our new home, and have never regretted it. Whether it's been routine maintenance, a service call or the new install 7 years ago. Today was another exemplary instance. I made a service request at 0700 and by 0900 the knowledgeable and courteous tech had fixed my problem and given a few helpful tips. I never write reviews but these guys have deserved a glowing one for awhile now.

Atlas recently troubleshot my brother’s furnace on 06/10/25 in Curtice, OH due to the AC not blowing. Atlas came out, told my brother the furnace was old and needed replaced. Said the blower motor and squirrel cage were bad. 4-8 weeks lead time for the blower motor and squirrel cage on top of the $1200 for parts and labor, but was highly recommended to replace the furnace for roughly $5000-$6000. Replaced the blower motor and capacitor today in roughly 1.5 hours today and his house is now ice cold. Unless you’re strictly looking to replace your entire unit, stay away. Their technicians are really salesmen.
