American Made replaced my air conditioning unit. They called before they showed up, completed the repairs and you could not tell they had even been there....except now it is nice and cool in my place. Very professional.

Terrible Service.
I had the entire Heating/Cooling system shut down and tried to schedule with them on a Friday. They were really busy Friday and told me to call back after the weekend to get scheduled for that week.
I called back on Monday, as we discussed, and was told they might be able to schedule me for the following Tuesday. It's ridiculous to expect a customer with no HVAC system to wait over a week to even get their system looked at. They should have just told me when I first called that they were booked up and recommended another business.
