Landscaping reviews in Orrville, Ohio

Patty and I moved back to Wooster, Ohio in March, 2024. We inquired about a quality outside the home lighting landscaping company from our realtor. She referred us to a father & son company, Scott & Jared Keener Landscaping of Orrville. They came to our home, personable and asked what we had in mind. After we discussed the options, Jared returned with a developed model to display for us to better visualize over the weekend. We liked it and the order was placed. Their model surpassed our expectations with numerous abilities to change the color of lights, different patterns and locations around the entire house and controlled with an app. We said our pergola is temporary as a new one is ordered, but they told us they would wire the pergola, return and removed the lighting before it was taken down and finally install the lighting on the new one. Who does that and return on scheduled dates and time?
We enjoy the seasonal lighting! Their service is superior in responding to questions on the phone or in person to resolve any issue. They are more than a landscaping company, they are a new friend. We are more than happy with our lighting, products and their service. They show up on time for appointments and follow through on their promises and leave a satisfied customer. For these and much more, we highly recommend Jared & Scott Keener Landscaping!

We want to extend a huge thank you to Keener Landscaping for their incredible generosity and support of the Smithville High School Construction Technology program.
Their donation of the use of their heavy equipment for our students to use made for such a great hands-on learning experience. Thanks to their contribution, our students were able to gain practical experience operating professional-grade machinery and it brought our curriculum to life and helped prepare students for real-world construction and landscaping work.
Not only was the equipment top-notch and well-maintained, but the professionalism and kindness shown by their team throughout the process was outstanding. It’s clear that Keener Landscaping is committed not just to excellence in landscaping, but also to supporting education and their local community.
We are incredibly grateful for their partnership and highly recommend them to anyone in need of landscaping services. A company that gives back like this deserves your business!
