HVAC reviews in Ottawa, Ohio

Always use Scott Wagner for all my plumbing heating and cooling needs. I had a google Nest thermostat installed this morning and like always the techs, in this case Hayden S, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Quick and easy walked us through all the setting and we’re 100% glad we do business with them.

I had great service and they explained clearly what the problem was with my furnace.

Nothing can be done until replacement blower fan is obtained. The gentleman who visited was very polite.

Excellent service and great work! Called in for both heating and plumbing repairs I needed done. Their technicians arrived on time and got both jobs done in a timely manner and at a good price. Will be calling them again for future services!

They were very attentive and very professional at very reasonable Price ....

Called for a leak showed up within an hour and fixed the problem! Real good guys explained everything, even showed me what was all done.

Joe did an incredible job very happy withe the work and the unit seems to be very good.

I’ve been using Wagners for over 25 years. Labor is always the heavy hitter amongst the cost. I like the way Wagners trouble shoots over the phone. It ensures they have the right material and generally shaves 1 hour off the visit.

Highly recommend Scott Wagner Plumbing & Heating! They installed a new furnace and air conditioning unit. The quote was very reasonable. The guys arrived on time, were very professional and finished the job efficiently!!

Service Techs are always prompt, professional and knowledgeable. I’ve never had a bad experience with them

Very polite worker, very knowledgeable and very thorough in troubleshooting before trying for replacement parts

Excellent service and impressive expertise. Logan did an outstanding job—highly recommend!

He was a very nice young man. He asked if I had questions and he answered what I ask him. This is the first time I have had your service so I can answer more down the road. Thank you for being here so quickly.

Hayden was great! He came to the house, diagnosed the problem quick and fixed it quickly and easily. Thanks Hayden for doing a wonderful job.

The service person, Logan, was very courteous. He made sure everything worked correctly. He did his job.

Hayden arrived when he was expected to arrive. He checked our furnace, and everything looked good and ran properly. We appreciate Hayden and Scott Wagner Heating and Plumbing.

Cameron does a great job, seems very competent, extremely polite. I’d hire him for my company in a heart beat.

Scott Wagner has always done fantastic work for us. To date they've redone our plumbing and furnace/AC in our home, and they arrived when they were scheduled and completed the work professionally and in a timely fashion. They provided honest feedback regarding any issues they encountered and didn't leave a mess when they left. I can't recommend them enough.

Joe and his team were on time, polite and respectful. They finished the job on time and cleaned up after themselves! We were very pleased with the outcome.
