Reviews of local pros in Painesville, Ohio

We had landscape spring cleanup with mulch. Owner is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Staff was courteous and friendly. Reasonable price. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer job and will definitely use this service again. Highly recommend.

Rick and his crew did a fantastic job!! Had them perform a spring clean-up, mulch and lawn cut. My yard looks fantastic! Everyone was very friendly and easy to work with.

Rick and his team did an excellent job with landscaping my front yard and side yard. Rick’s recommendations for plants and bushes were perfect for the space I had. I could not be happier with their work. All completed in one day.

My yard has never looked so good and I don’t have to do a thing. MTZ does a spring and fall clean up trimming bushes and trees and mows my yard weekly. That consists of trimming, edging and blowing the clippings. It looks great afterwards. He mulched and put stone around the edge for a clean look that keeps the mulch in the bed area and gives a little decorative pop. Great curb appeal. Rick and his team are very professional and friendly. Very affordable.

They did an awesome job & was beyond our expectations! They were very friendly and professional. We are now using them for the lawn maintenance and will definitely be keeping a regular schedule with them. They've earned my trust for future work of any lawn care needs.

Rick and his team did an amazing job with our property! My husbands riding mower went out on us and we were in desperate need of leaf removal and a mow. Rick was able to come out that day and get it taken care of! The yard and hedges now look pristine! Highly recommend them if you are in the lake county area!

Rick and his team they did really good work for my front and back yard they are professional and clean thank you so much MTZ Crow highly recommended to everyone
THANK YOU RICK 😊

Another happy customer! My husband and I reached out to Rick as he was working at a neighbors yard across the street. Made it look beautiful! He proceeded, with his crew, to take care of our front yard landscaping and backyard. Always professional, immediately responsive and a pleasure to work with.Rick went above and beyond to help us out. Could not be happier and could not recommend this company enough. Thank you again MTZ!

Rick and his team did an INCREDIBLE job taking care of spring clean up, mulching, trimming, and installing new landscaping around our hot tub. I can’t thank them enough! They are absolutely meticulous and so thoughtful of all they do! I will absolutely use MTZ for all future needs. Thank you again Rick!

The crew from MTZ Landscaping & Construction take care of my lawn and it looks really good. MTZ was recommended by a neighbor and I'm happy with the quality of their work. I would recommend the company to anyone who needs help with their property.

Never used this company before but will consider in the future due to all the 5 star reviews they have received! I think it’s a shame that people are choosing to punish a hard working business for the actions of a past employee. I completely understand why the public is disturbed and upset by the recent video of an ex employee kicking/abusing a dog, it is horrific and I hope he is caught and charged. But please take a second to think before you post a bad review for this company, poor reviews truly make a difference to someone’s business. Times are hard enough.

MTZ cleaned up my mulch beds, and I'm so happy with the result! I've never used a landscaping company before, so I wasn't sure what to ask for, but Rick and his crew were very thorough and really took care of every detail. My beds have never looked better and it adds a big facelift to the outside of my home. They were also super responsive and able to get me on the schedule very quickly. I will absolutely use MTZ again.

TMZ was quick and awesome. Very affordable and did an amazing job. Highly recommend!

Excellent hard working crew. Made our yard look absolutely beautiful!

The MTZ crew did a fantastic job installing five emerald green arborvitae. They removed clay soil and prepared a bed of topsoil for the plants. They finished the area with mulch and did a great job of cleaning up. Top notch work!!

Excellent company! Rich & his crew do a phenomenal job, they’re quick and very reasonably priced. Great customer service and communication. Ive been a customer for over 2 years and have had absolutely 0 issues. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for lawn care services.

MTZ did a fantastic job and very reasonable price compared to other quotes. Very hardworking, responsive, and thorough. They certainly had their work cut out for them with our yard and they gave it their all. Would highly recommend and use them again in the future if needed.

I always go to MTZ for my yard work. They are punctual and do excellent work. Highly recommend without reservation!

Very happy with the tree trimming services provided. Crew was efficient, polite, and very helpful in general. I will hire them again for additional work I need done. Additionally, Rick and his crew have snow plowed for me for the last two years. I have already requested them for the upcoming winter. Again very pleased.

Ricardo recently did som groundwork for us which involved putting about 6.5 tons of river rock in our planters. From the day we met to discuss the job at hand, Ricardo was honest, efficient and delivered what he said he would. Even with short notice, he and his crew were on time, professional and went above and beyond to ensure we got our moneys worth. We are extremely happy with the job and I usually my husband does the work himself , but glad I called him. Great work,
THANK YOU RICARDO!

Rick and his team were awesome! They were wonderful to work with, professional, priced well, and I could not be happier.

They planted 30 arborvitae for a natural property fence and mulched. I also had a last minute request for an uneven area in my yard - Rick and his team brought in a lot of top soil, leveled, and seeded for new grass to grow… that same day!

Thank you and I will work with them again, guaranteed!
