House Cleaning reviews in Parma Heights, Ohio

Igor was so great. He went above and beyond to help fix our problem. I can't say enough great things about our experience. Highly recommend Happy Dryer. Thank you Igor!

My first time using Igor’s services and I must say I was very impressed. I called several other companies who did nothing but give me the runaround and want to charge high prices to do stuff I didn’t even need.. Igor came out in a couple of days and accomplished exactly what I needed at a more than reasonable price. He will have my business from now on. Thanks Igor!!!👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Igor is very professional and takes the time to explain everything and answers all questions. Our dryer is working excellent and couldn't be happier. I would recommend Happy Dryer to anyone needing their dryer vent cleaned. Thank you Igor! You have a very happy customer!

Highly recommend! Igor was able to schedule my appointment quickly and vent cleaning was very affordable for two dryers. Wonderful service, gave advice on additional dryer repairs, and reattached my vent cover on the exterior. I’m so glad I found this company. Thank you!

Igor was knowledgeable, kind, honest, affordable and dependable. His work he did will not only save us $ on future electric bills and dryer repairs but also prevented a possible fire which could have easily occurred with the previous venting system. I would highly recommend this company and will use him for all future cleanings.

Igor did an excellent job!! He was prompt, professional, and very neat!!

I'm very happy with Igor's service! My dryer works much better now. His work was thorough, clean, and he explained everything to me. I will definitely have him back out!

This is the second time I've worked with Igor. He is super friendly and professional. How many companies charge you less than expected because they didn't need to do all the work they thought they might? I won't work with anybody else.

My dryer vent was partially filled up and needed to be cleaned out for a regular performance. That was done by Happy Dryer Services and done very well and professional as I expect. Thank them for being here for my wife and my me.

Very nice service tech. Explained all he did and asked if I had questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this company

I am very satisfied with Igor's service. He made an quick available schedule with me and did an excellent job of cleaning the dryer vent. He took the time and did an excellent job. And he went above and beyond to repair a little repair there. He took some pictures inside the vent and cleaning it with expertise and good tools he had. I highly recommend his service to anyone. Give him a call today and you will like the job he does. He is a very friendly person to talk to. Call him and he will work with you.

I don't usually leave reviews, however this experience was exceptional. I was referred to Happy Dryer by a friend. I had a partially disconnected duct that was difficult to reconnect due to pipe clearances and was clogged with lint. Igor was responsive and scheduled my service quickly. He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issues and explained what was required. He completed everything quickly, including cleaning, and performed an air flow test. The dryer works better than it ever has! I didn't know anyone performed this type of service and was glad to find Happy Dryer. I highly recommend them.

Igor is extremely professional and knowledgeable, and service is excellent. He went out of his way to accommodate a quick appointment so I would not be inconvenienced! Support small business owners! You'll be happy you called Igor. I now have a Happy Dryer! 😁😁

Igor was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and went above and beyond.
BEFORE - answered questions thoroughly and listened to the customer. Scheduled time and received text updates on arrival.
DURING - can’t say enough. Did work with care and did MORE than expected. Took in process photos.
AFTER - even though I was not home, I immediately received photos of the vents and the resulting lint pile that was removed.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I am very impressed with the thorough dryer vent cleaning from Igor with Happy Dryer. Igor measured the air flow in the vent before and after, thoroughly cleaned the vent and our dryer, replaced an inefficient hose, and documented everything before and after with pictures. The price was also very reasonable. I will be recommending Happy Dryer to friends and will be using this company again. Igor takes great pride in his work and educates the customer, I am glad we called him!

Igor of Happy Dryer came to our house to clean our dryer vent after many attempts of cleaning it. It would still take 4 cycles to dry our clothes. I didn’t want my husband on the roof, Igor went up and found the vent pipe cap was attached with screws which were to long and lint built up and could no longer get out. Igor replaced the cap with the right screws and now we have a clean vent! Highly recommend Happy Dryer! Thanks Igor!!!

Igor was knowledgeable and routed the vent in way that made it safe and easy to clean.
He was thoughtful, answered all our questions and worked efficiently. We are very pleased with the work, the price and the service!

Serviceman Igor was professional, friendly and very thorough in explaining the process. I would highly recommend.

It’s nice to find a business that specializes in dryer vents. Igor was great—he explained everything and didn’t overcharge for services that I didn’t need yet. I have a problem with birds, and he replaced my lint-trapping screen with a new cover to hopefully keep them out. And no more flow warnings from my dryer. Highly recommend!

Absolutely outstanding company! Igor, owner, has a mechanical engineering degree and knows exactly what he's doing. For anyone needing a dryer vent installed, his company should be who you call!

Very pleased with “Happy Dryer”. We had our dryer serviced recently since it wasn’t drying properly. The technician checked it out thoroughly and provided pictures. Lint was building up inside and the outside vent was restricting air flow due to old style. Igor cleaned everything inside of machine, installed a new wall attachment inside as well as outside and now the dryer works perfectly. Prices were reasonable. Peace of mind well worth it!

I highly recommend Happy Dryer! Igor was quick to schedule my appointment and was incredibly professional throughout the process. He efficiently removed a large bird's nest from my dryer vent and took the time to thoroughly explain the issue. I especially appreciated that he went the extra mile to find the right-sized vent cover to prevent the problem from happening again. The service was fast, affordable, and top-notch. I'll definitely be using Happy Dryer for all my future dryer vent needs and will happily recommend them to others!
