Jake and his trainee were absolutely fantastic. They explained the entire process from start to finish and made me feel at ease about the replacement and repairs. They explained all of my options and pros and cons of each option.

I noticed a wet carpet and knew I had a water leak somewhere. I needed a plumber, so I decided to call Roto-Rooter based on previous reviews, and I am 100% satisfied with their service. I called them on Saturday after 6 p.m., and a technician arrived within 30 minutes. His name was Roman, and he quickly identified the problem and offered a reasonable quote. I decided to go with the offer and he easily fixed the broken pipe. He was professional and easy to work with. He also called another person who specializes in water damage control. His name was Hussain, and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, including giving advice on insurance filing. I have to admit that I was feeling depressed because of the water damage, but I was glad that I found a good plumbing company. I am planning to do some plumbing upgrades and will definitely contact Roman at Roto-Rooter.

Jake came out quickly, addressed all of our concerns, and was very informative. Would definitely recommend

Doug and Rick have done multiple jobs for us this year and have been great! They are carefully to inspect everything and try to find the least expensive surefire fix. Really appreciate the help form Roto-Rooter.

Jake was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He evaluated our kitchen sink and explained everything out to us before working on anything. He also provided advice for future work to be done and priced everything out so we were not surprised going forward.

After calling our home warranty company & them wanting us to use the same company (Mayes & Sons) that ignored us last week when our hot water tank went; I called Roto-Rooter. A nice lady answered & said someone could come out in an hour. Since there was a stack of dirty dishes I couldn't wash & the drains were clogged inside the wall.....I said "Yes, please". We got the head's-up call like they said & Kary was here within the hour. He looked at the pipes in the basement & quoted us $480. We OKed that & he began to work under the kitchen sink. It took about 1&1/2 hours but we can now wash dishes & use the sink. He allowed me to use a senior citizen's coupon for $100. I may end up paying for this myself (as opposed to getting re-imbursed) but it was worth it. Why does all this stuff happen on the weekend?

Doug was absolutely fantastic and very knowledgeable. I had a major plumbing issue and he was able to use every skill he has to get the job done timely and accurately. Went above and beyond and left no mess. Doug is a company asset for Roto-Rooter and set a high bar. If any plumbing issues were to ever arise in the future I will put my trust with Doug and Roto-Rooter.

Today, Jake and Rob arrived on time, assessed the situation with my gas logs, explained specifically how the dis install would go, and where the lines were that would be disabled. Then they worked on the equipment got everything set up, and capped off the line. I’m confident that the gas line is safe. And they picked up the trash .. Thank you very much Rob and Jake.

Service was top notch. Technicians were great. I just needed my bathroom sink drain snaked out. $480?! Even after they applied the coupon it was still $380....to snake a drain. Sorry Rooter but at these prices I just can't recommend. Will call elsewhere next time

Doug was an absolute pleasure to have come and work on our 2 spigots. He was kind, courteous, and honest. He also kept great communication on timing and went out of his way to find the parts we needed! If I could give 6 stars I would. Great guy!

I had to have my water heater replaced. The technician, Jake, was great. He made sure I knew what he needed to do to replace it and made sure I understood. He was pleasant, polite and professional. He also gave me an estimate on the cost before he started so there were no surprises. He should get a raise!

I was very impressed with the entire service experience. A lot of thought and effort was put into each step of our visit.First with Drake who thoroughly explained, the repair project and options.possible situations that might develop. the plumbers were very efficient,organized and very respectful of our home.

The price was way over what we could afford,
and hopefully this was unavoidable as it was a complicated job.Part of the purchase was a new faucet for our kitchen, it is an incredibly useful and versatile faucet.

We had several plumbing issues that needed attention, including leaking pipes beneath our bathtub, a dripping bathtub faucet, a non-functional bathroom faucet that required replacement, installation of shut-off valves under the bathroom sink, and replacement of the main shut-off valve to the house. All of this was completed by our technician, Jake, in what would have been a single day, if not for the delay waiting on Cleveland Water to shut off the main supply.

Jake was professional, knowledgeable, and personable throughout the entire process. His craftsmanship and attention to detail were outstanding. We would gladly work with him again for any future plumbing needs — 11 out of 10.

My service tech was Mr. Thomas. This may sound exaggerated, but he was a professional ANGEL! The past few weeks have been very much an emotional roller coaster…to the point of losing hope in people’s ability to HELP RIGHT with quality and care. Thomas…THANK YOU (and Roto-Rooter) for blessing me and easing my soul. More importantly thank you for being an ear to allow me to just vent…lol. You got the job done and made me smile (which has been absent for too long). I am beyond appreciative.
