The 2 men were punctual, professional and personable. We had the living room, hallway and bedroom carpeting all re stretched (carpet was so badly rippled) ... and also cleaned as well. So happy to find these guys! I took a chance based on reviews and they were wonderful. Stretched carpet in our living area that was only 4 years old and not laid correctly by Lowes. Had a few ripples but they were able to fix! Looks great and so happy! Cleaned carpet and now it looks beautiful. On time and only took 2 hours for everything to be done. Very reasonable price. 616 Carpet Repair Service did a awesome job! The crew got stains out that nobody else could do. Dan & Devon are a wonderful team. I would rather support a small local company than these companies that advertise on tv. Fred will also answer the phone immediately.
