My husband and I are quite pleased with Element HVAC. Mike checked out our furnace and made sure everything was ready for the winter. It took a load off our minds to say the least. We also were having issues with our smart thermostat. Mike diagnosed the problem and we had him replace it with a new one.

I am so happy that we chose Element HVAC. We will have him come back in the Spring to make sure our A/C unit is up to the task for the summer weather.

From setting up our appointment to the day of service communication was fantastic.

Mike did a fantastic job getting my AC unit running again because of a broken part. He was responsive in setting up time to service the unit, and fixed the problem very quickly.
