Reviews of local pros in Parma, Ohio

Gus was very focused on my immediate needs and permanent solutions. He is informative, positive, and offering his best work. My home has been subjected to repeated shoddy repairs for years. I will never call those providers back! I will call Gus back in a flash! Not for repeat service, but for new projects. Who needs repeat repairs, when it's done right the first time!

Gus is a fantastic plumber. Very knowledgeable, He attacked the problem from several angles. I will request Mastronardi Construction whenever I need a plumber.

Had a rental home that I needed to have some repairs done. Some work I could handle, and some I needed help with and quick to get house to market for sale. Gus and his crew were very reactive and got the work I needed done completed very timely.
Quality was good, everything repaired to original condition & house sold & passed inspection with no issues.
Would recommend & will being using services again.

Originally my call to Homeserve, was due to my toilet leaking where the top of the bowl meets the toilet. Gus , the owner, was the only plumber that would come out the same day to look at it. He showed up on time and promptly determined the toilet could not be repaired. Homeserve advised they were not paying for the new toilet LOL. Gus showed up at the scheduled time to install the toilet and even called to let me know his ETA so I did not have to take a full day off work. I will say that Gus goes above and beyond as the pipe to the shut value, which was not part of the installation, starting leaking the next day, to my surprise it was rusted thru, and he fit me in the schedule and came back to replace the pipe , no issues. I'm satisfied with the work and I will for sure recommend Gus to family and friends. The only suggestion I have is Gus PLEASE take credit cards as it is rare for anyone to carry cash in 2023. :)

My company has been working with Mastronardi Construction for over a year now. Gus and his team are very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. Working with their team has been such an ease! They get the job done, and get it done right. Their scheduling is great, and often come out same day! We use this company for all of our 1,500 properties! Amazing contractor/team to work with! 5 stars, definitely recommend!

This team of professionals were amazing! We had our main sewer line snaked out last evening and it was determined that due to severe root blockages it needed to be water jetted clean. Mastronardi Construction arrived first thing this morning, ran a camera through the line and then water jetted the line clear of six root balls. Highly recommend this company and their team of truly knowledgeable technicians.

Gus and his team did an excellent job waterproofing my basement and replacing damaged drainage line. Gus quoted only what was needed to be done rather than trying to over quote and do unnecessary work. He got the job done quickly, was responsive throughout and generated a great result. I would happily recommend Gus and his team at Mastronardi.

I had a Drain problem Gus came over and was very professional and helpful in solving the problem. I would call on him again and let all my family and friends 🧡 know how pleased with the job. Thanks again Gus job well done. Marie Coward

Repeat customer here - I cannot recommend this company strong enough. I am a landlord on several properties. Gus is the best I've come across (and I've used a lot of different construction providers.) Now I reach Gus no matter what the issue is. He calls me back within the hour, very reasonable prices, high quality workmanship, quick to take care of the problem (usually between 0-3 days,) and REALLY knows his stuff. He's assisted me with electrical, plumbing, heating, roofing, wall repair and more. It seems no job is too large or too small. And if the job is super small and within the average persons DIY skills, he will walk you through doing it yourself if you don't want to spend the money. I've trusted him completely to completely decide what needs done when I was managing my properties for a few years out of state. Just a great guy, great crew, and impressive in every way.

Gus was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem with the sink drain
He fixed it and efficiently corrected it
He cleaned the work site afterward. He is pleasant and professional.

I've been working with Gus through my property management company for about 4 years now. I was so impressed with his work that I've even had him handle some repairs at my house. He is honest, prices jobs competitively, and really makes sure you're satisfied with his work. If you're looking for a good contractor you are in the best hands with Gus!

Just had my sewer lines repaired by Mastronardi Construction. Gus was incredibly helpful and informative. They were even able to come out and get the work completed at least a week early. Work was very prompt and completed in one day. Phenomenal service and communication.
