I called Dor-Mar Heating & Air Conditioning for a 2nd opinion regarding my AC unit on August 5 and was given an appointment for August 7 with my choice of a 4 hour window. David Atha was the technician assigned to my call. He let me know when he was on his way and gave an ETA. He arrived on time and kept me informed of every detail of the service. He is very knowledgeable and respectful and explained all the ins and outs of his recommendation since I know nothing about HVAC. He took extra time to complete the service call and made sure I was confident the job was done correctly. Tall dark and handsome, so sweet I could make a pie with him. No sugar needed. Recommend promotion NOW. But in all seriousness, Trevon was very thorough with checking all the units in the house. He was very polite, answered any questions I had, all in all he was very personable. He has come to my residence twice and even remembered who I was and my pets! He was able to have someone come out the next day to replace our water heater. Very happy he was able to prevent a major disaster if the water tank had ruptured.
