Dan and his guys did an amazing job on our patio. They were ready to answer all our questions throughout the process. My wife and I couldn't be happier!

Dan first helped us design and pick out materials to create our outdoor space. He made it easy to tweak out our patio design and landscaping. He worked some sort of magic and turned our small yard into a beautiful patio that is welcoming and ready for happy hour!

We had Blackrock do extensive work on the front area, backyard (including gas firepit) and side area of our German Village home... They did an amazing job for a reasonable price. They were dependable, hard working, and great with communication throughout the project.

Extremely pleased with Dan and his team. They demo’d an old concrete slab, removed greenspace and installed a masonry patio with lighting and drainage. Material backorders from suppliers caused lengthy delay for starting, but Dan kept me updated along the way and got started as soon as brick was available. His crew was very professional as well as friendly. Whenever I stopped by on lunch to look at progress they would stop what they were doing and answer any questions and tell me more about what they were doing and why.
Even when I requested a scope change near the end of the project Dan accommodated the change and completed the additional work at the same time.
We intend on doing additional work next year and Dan will be the company that I’ll be using.

Called twice about to get a price for some yard work. First call was on a Monday or Tuesday and I was told I would have a quote by the Thursday. The second call I made was the following week after not receiving any contact. I was told they "were busy" and "uhh, will get to it". Go with someone else, apparently they have enough business.

I explained how bad the situation was when I called you the first time. I gave the history of the property and the recent activity by the city that made the water build up worse.

The second time that I contacted you, you stated you had nothing prepared because as you put it ”we’re busy”. I said I understand that but you said I would have a quote by now, to which you replied “uh, we’ll get to it” . It was a week after the second call and I still had no estimate.

By the way, it had not rained enough to cause a water build up until after the second conversation.
I get you do not like negative reviews, but at least be honest about it and just own the fact that you made a mistake.
