DK Heating has a real gem of an employee in Brandon. I am wintering out of town and my furnace stopped working. I have a Lennox furnace that by everyone's opinion is a great furnace, but over built. Brandon got into my home and worked through the codes and contacted Lennox tech department. After an extensive step by step process, the furnace is working properly. It took a painstaking process with several trips to the house, but Brandon was not giving up. He even text me over the weekend to make sure it was still working and was going to come to the house on a Sunday to try and get it back up as it had gone out again. Who does that today? A DK Heating employee does that's who. I had electric heaters in place so a Sunday trip was avoided. Working with Lennox, Brandon was able to get parts ordered from the factory at no cost to me. I would like to thank Vince the owner, Zephyr, Brandon and Averi or all their help and dedication. Nobody else will be working on my Furnace and AC but DK Heating, and I highly recomend them. Thank you.

Brandon came for my fall tune up. He was prompt, courteous, and very efficient. Thank you Brandon, Zephyr and the entire DK staff. Highly recomend them.

It was 5 degrees over night. My unit shut down since it was running so much and the lines had ice in them. The tech took his time to assess the situation, cleaned out the lines inside and outside the home and then tested the system to make sure the unit was running normally. Thank you.

Shawn was professional and knowledgeable. He explained all that he did. I would not hesitate to use this service again.

Brandon did a fantastic repair and cleaning on my furnace. He was very prompt and I will use DK for all my HVAC needs.
