Communication is always detailed and most importantly easy. Timelines are always met, systems work as intended or better, and Axis takes responsibility and ownership over the experience in a very refreshing way. Some companies pride themselves in saying, "You'll like everything about us but our price". There is a lot of truth to a statement such as that.
