Very nice guy that came out for the initial inspection. Fortunately I fixed my issue with a $40 part that I installed myself in about 15-30 minutes (because I'm stupid it should have only taken 10 min). Saved myself $815 bucks or so. They recommended a big job to fix a small problem. That was just my experience though. Do your research. If it's something you can't fix on your own then call. I was just dumb by calling before I looked it up to see if it was something I could do myself. Just leaving a review because I keep getting notifications to leave a review for a guy that never came out (cancelled my appointment)

I had a pretty serious electrical emergency on Christmas Eve. The day after Christmas, Anthony from Mr. Electric, came out and diagnosed the issue within 30 minutes. The solution was a little pricey, but he replaced my entire Service Panel, cleaned up the mess behind himself, and the work he did looks fantastic.
- I didnt have the luxury of time to shop around prices, but with their price comes some incredible expertise and a lot of piece of mind. I highly recommend these guys and will use them again in the future.

Anthony gave very good and professional service. The Ethernet cabling is very tidy, and he was friendly and chill even through a couple surprises my old house threw our way. Would recommend a raise for him.

Chase was fantastic. He knew what he was doing and found the problem immediately. He was very knowledgeable. I will definitely ask for him if I need any further help.

The technician who came to fix my “broken” recessed lights that wouldn’t turn on was wonderful. He quickly realized it was a dumb error on my part why they weren’t working and even though I was so embarrassed he did not make me feel foolish or stupid. I appreciated his help and will DEFINITELY use Mr Electric again- especially when I have a real issue!

I don’t think any other company compare to the services and expertise that this company has to offer. The quotes are great. The services are great, and the technicians are wonderful. Truly such an amazing experience. I’ve put getting this off for about eight years due to the price and not wanting strangers in my house and I went against myself and found this company and I truly regret not doing it sooner. The technician that I got Was such a good guy and down to earth person I look forward to doing business with him in the future!! I highly recommend this company!

Matt was here on time & introduced himself & we showed him what we needed fixed & he let us know everything that needed done & cost before he did anything, didn’t take him long & he was very helpful with our questions & very courteous.

Anthony was wonderful! He detected the main problem right away. He even went back to the office and got the new parts instead of having me reschedule. He replaced the circuit box that was a big problem. I have new outlets in my garage and laundry room! I have other outlets that weren’t working and now they do. Anthony went over everything carefully and even showed me ways to save money. The payment over time process was so easy and a lifesaver. Anthony cleaned everything up. He is just a personable guy. Very patient. Did a super job. He walked me through the entire process.

Technician was prompt and on time. very knowledgeable about the job I needed to get done, and I received a quote little higher than I would like, but of course that is today's prices. I will definitely be moving forward with the proposed electric panel upgrades. Converting from a 125 amp to 200 amp with a relocation. I look forward to doing business with them. The only reason for not a five-star is once again I believe it seemed to be a little higher of a quote than expected.

Mr. Electric technicians routed electric power to our furnace at their first service call. At the follow up call they then repaired and replaced out house connections so we had full power restored. They were professional and explained their work, including documenting their work with photos.

Jesse was super communicative and informative! He really made sure I understood what was going on with our electrical on a jargon-free way. Feeling much more confident having his expert advice on our home!

I will he getting the work done soon but Lawrence was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I will personally ask for him to come back and do the job after the holidays. The quote was a good quote for running a wire and installing a fan. I will follow up with pictures and another review after the job.

The electrician Jesse Brown-Toe was very friendly& very informative. They also kept me updated by text messages for both days. They also sent information about the technician & sent me a picture of him so id be informed &bi appreciate that. Jesse did a fantastic job. I will call and use again. Thanks

Will and co worker ( I'm sorry I don't remember his name) very friendly and I believe the work was done properly. Seem like 2 great guys you have on your team. As far as pricing goes, not sure if it's a good price or not. I didn't have anything to compare.

Andrew Wallace is a A+ electrician in all fields! You won't be disappointed if he is working for you. For once you get a real professional that won't leave the job until the job is done right and done in a timely manner!!! Thank you Mr. Electric for sending Andrew my way.

The company sent a technician the next day, let me know his name and called me about an hour before he arrived!
Corey Carr was excellent. He explained things well, was organized, was on time and very helpful!
I am very pleased with this company and Corey. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Electrician was skilled and courteous. The end result was exactly what I wanted. He repaired an outlet plus replaced a light switch. I was a little concerned originally because I am old school. When I had to go through a remote call center to request service I was wondering how easy it was going to be to get through to the local Mr. Electric if I had questions or issues. Bottom line it all worked. When I had a question they had him call me back. He showed up as scheduled to review my requests and came back the next week and did the work. The only thing I would have preferred is during his first visit he provided an estimate for the work which appeared on his tablet which I signed but I never got a copy of it. To be fair it may have gone into Spam but I could not find anything. I did get a copy of the invoice after I paid for the work. I would use them again.

The electrician was exceptional. He did a safety check of the whole house. He made us aware of issues that could cause a problem and their cost to correct. The reason we called was an outlet GFI that was a problem. He tracked down the cause of that and resolved it. We decided to address some of the other problem areas. All in all the experience was wonderful- from setting up the appointment to completing the job. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Very easy to schedule the appointment. The gentleman that came out, Chase, was super helpful, on time, friendly, and he knew his stuff!! Next time we need an electrician we’ll call Mr. Electric and ask for Chase by name!
