JMS Property Management was professional, responsive, and great to work with. They handled everything efficiently and provided excellent service—I would definitely recommend them.

This company mows for our HOA. When they arrived this morning the grass was exceptionally long due to the rainy week. The crew has worked hard all day to mow and bag the grass; trim walkways, flower beds, and driveways; and blow off all the driveways and sidewalks. They do a great job ensuring the job is thorough and done correctly. I appreciate their extra attention to detail. Believe me after the last crew we had there is definitely a difference! It’s 6:20 pm on a Friday and they are still here making sure the job is done right. Thanks guys!

If you are looking for someone to do your lawn service and landscaping look no further. JMS Property Management does excellent work. They are professional, courteous, conscientious and reliable. My lawn has never looked so good. Grass is mowed at the correct hight for each season and the edges are left crisp. They mow it exactly the way I like it done. I recommend them to all of the new residents that move in to our development. JMS even checks in with you to see if there is anything they can do better. Best service ever.

JMS helped us transform our home landscaping by creating modern design brick work that fit exactly to what we envisioned, while also offering his own advice and suggestions. Jared was very responsive right from the start of the process and continued to have good communication throughout. Santos saw I was about to mow the grass. He said there were a few other yards he could do first which gave me time to finish mowing. He was polite and thoughtful.

We have had land-art for probably 5 years or more. Our technician Zach is always very prompt and thorough. He also makes sure to close the gate and blow the walks off. In all those years I've only had to call them back 2 times to spray the edges by the driveway and flower beds for weeds. (This is all free of charge) They came out within a day or 2 and did that. I would highly recommend this company. Tell them Tami B. Sent you and I even will get a $25 referral fee. Added bonus. But seriously they do a great job. You can even pay in advance and get a discount. They earn your business.

Ivan is careful as he applies the lawn treatment and blows any granular residue on the sidewalk and patio off into the yard. He explains everything very well. Great job!

This is the second year I’ve been with LandArt and Chris has serviced my house the whole time. Very professional service each and every time. I would recommend himself and the company.

I generally only see him on the ring camera because I am not awake when he is here and do not follow him around and inspect his work. From the ring cameras and footage I have at the house he appears to be very thorough using a blower to leave the premise clean even though there was no grass cut. We are getting some pop up weeds and growth where the grass meets the sidewalk in a few places, not sure why.

We have been loyal clients of Land Art for sometime now and each year brings a better experience than the previous.
Ivan called ahead and left a message, letting us know he would treat the yard the following morning.
Right as rain, Ivan and his crew arrived and professionally and expediently treated our lawn and left a report.
Moreover, Ivan’s soft skills are extra extraordinary, and he explained to my elderly mother exactly what to anticipate. He was courteous and patient with her.

Our yard is odd shaped. Shawn was sure to do a thorough job, covering all areas. He was also kind enough to move the dog’s ball out of the yard so it didn’t get sprayed! It’s the little things that make a difference!
