When we first started with Stratus as a franchise, it started good and then quickly deteriorated to downright miserable. It was partly our fault for trusting what the management would tell us. That was then though and there have been a new management team in place for roughly a year now and they are wonderful and have turned the Perrysburg office around. I am a big believer in their vision and the journey that we are all on together. Keep up the great work!!!

I was initially happy with the service. The presentation at the begining was well done and I was convinced that we had the right company for the job. We had a couple references that use them as well and highly recommended them so we hired them. Too many times did I have to contact them via email stating that things were missed, even a time they just didn't show up and didn't let us know they were not going to be here. Communication is key! And speaking of keys...they said they didn't clean because they didn't have keys to enter the builing. Which was false because they had keys from the begining. I sent several emails, made calls, and finally asked for the keys back and they came within 30 minutes to drop them off. Apologetic but no excuse. I was hopeful. We were definitely not asking for a lot but to have the office cleaned.

I'm honestly very disappointed, this is my second time reviewing this company and neither have been good regards when it comes to cleaning the showers at the men's building. Stratus needs to improve the training for cleaning because the techniques that's being used is clearly a hazard to the safety of the people at Cherry Street mission.
I have pictures and videos since June/July (when y'all first got here) that proves we have a training issue with the cleaners.
At this point, I'm thinking about going to the department of health because it seems like no one actually listens to what I'm saying and takes it as valid criticism. I don't even want to go into more detail because no one got back to me on here like y'all said y'all would. Do not recommend 👎, but hope they improve.
