This is my 2nd favorite greenhouse in the area. I deeply appreciate the diverse supplies and decor. Knowledgeable owner, staff are generally ineffectual.

Their plants always look good and the staff has been great with any questions I have had. I love that this is a local business.

Went to Black Diamond Perrysburg today to buy some flowers and the employees were friendly and nice. Located in Perrysburg, Ohio.

Decent selection of plants and flowers. I did not see any pH down products which I was looking for. Nice and spacious place though.

They have a good selection of plants, but the two separate times that I visited the staff did not offer to help me as I was struggling to get plants and keep my toddler from running off. Help would have been nice.

The absolute best place in Toledo area to get a Christmas tree. You will not find a bigger better tree and beat their prices. I have been buying their Christmas trees for 8 years.

I was looking for a purple rose bush and found one called Stormy Weather. I also surprisingly found a Double Delight rose bush I had been looking for years for and had practically given up. They are both from Weeks Roses so a good name brand too.

Was at the Perrysbug store on June 16th... Walked in followed by another customer...there were 6 kids/employess standing around the check out area...not one of them said "hello" or even acknowledged us... As we walked around the store we noticed how dirty and messy it was..litter and dirt in every section of the inside... I looked outside for mulch and it was a flithy mess all along that side . Still noone asked us if we needed help. Obviously these employees were incapable of operating a broom or able to speak..Black Diamond used to be one of our "go to" gatden stores...it has quickly become a "don't go to " store. Either the store manageer was in a coma or there was no adult supervision at the day care. We were able to find what we were looking for and went to check out..Those kids at the check out were nearly uselass... The lady in line behind us said it best.."This place has progressively gone downhill all spring." Won't be back anytime soon... Best of luck.Rate and review

Went to Black Diamond in Perrysburg twice this past week; both times were extremely disappointing and frustrating! Both trips, when needed help from an employee, couldn't find one until went to front of store where they were all standing in a group, carrying on, laughing, each of them watching me as I was looking lost and confused. Not one, including the manager asked if I needed help. When I finally asked for help, was asking a question about landscaping rocks, was told to go elsewhere, funny, the rocks I was looking for IS on their website!!!

Second trip... SAME exact thing, all employees standing around, laughing, having a great old time, not offering one customer in the store help! when I once again approached an employee to ask about boulders on back of property, was told to wait for the manager or call back later because she had no idea what I was talking about! COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE!! Couldn't radio manager to ask.

In short, along with the outrageous prestigous Perrysburg community prices, poor sickly seclections and the happy social hour of the employees that seem to never cease, FRUSTRATION AT ITS HIGHEST!! I will never waste my time there again, and would suggest anyone with the same valuable time to save theirs as well.

Very Disappointing! We went there to see what they had for annuals to put on some grave markers. The selection was fair/ good but everything was in dire need of watering! Im really surprised there weren't more dead ones around (there were flats of plants that were dead on the tables). If you want the best quality and selection around, go to Hoen's Garden Center in Holland. That's where I'll go from now on even if it's out of my way...

I have had nothing but great experiences when visiting Black Diamond. Whether we are going there for flowers, bird seed, trees, or other yard items I have been extremely satisfied with the selection of products and the helpfulness of the staff. I would definitely recommend Black Diamond.

Everyone here is always so helpful. I just broke my birdbath and they happen to have some ceramic ones half off. Also their windsocks and some summer yard items on sale... Of course I had to stock up for summer gifts
