Third times a charm!! I have used two other lawn care/landscaping companies that promised me the moon, charged an arm and a leg, and never followed through on their word. I have been more than frustrated!! JMS Property Management has been AMAZING. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! They are proactive, exceed expectations, very reasonably priced, and deliver on their word every single time. I am a little afraid to post this review, because everyone should use this company, and then they might be too busy for me! But, I am taking a risk, because if anyone else out there has experienced what I have the past five years (that is correct, I gave each of the other two companies more than two years to get it right!) then I want to give you hope that there really is a wonderful, trustworthy, hardworking, reliable company out there!

This company mows for our HOA. When they arrived this morning the grass was exceptionally long due to the rainy week. The crew has worked hard all day to mow and bag the grass; trim walkways, flower beds, and driveways; and blow off all the driveways and sidewalks. They do a great job ensuring the job is thorough and done correctly. I appreciate their extra attention to detail. Believe me after the last crew we had there is definitely a difference! It’s 6:20 pm on a Friday and they are still here making sure the job is done right. Thanks guys!
