Can’t say enough about the crew we had from Mr. Rooter. We had kitchen drain plugged. Tried the local guy. Came the day after the initial commitment. Tried hard with no success. Charged me $X. Called Mr. Rooter, came EARLIER than initial commitment, removed the plug and charged $2X/3. Should have called them first. Less mess, better job, cheaper price. And they do more than just clean drains. I plan to have them back in my house.

Cortez was amazing! Very caring and helpful. There was an issue with a part in the vent, and he and his associates came over the next morning and were able st solve the problem. Helped with my annoying Delta cartridge, too! I highly recommend them. Professional and awesome. Told my parents to call Mr. Rooter to fix their plumbing issue.

Quick to respond, schedule snd complete the repair. Knowledgeable, answered my questions and gave detailed review of my sewer line issues as well as determining that I didn't need 55 feet of my sewer line replaced as I was told by another company. Mr Rooter was able to repair the affected area for half the price of another company's estimate.
