My name is jeanette and I did not use this company for the services they offerbut I am leaving a review because one of their workers named Brandon helped me while I was struggling in the parking lot with some groceries recently. He even followed me home around the corner from the Kroger and even helped take them inside. I am handicapped and was having issues and most wpuld watch but he jumped right in. I hope you all hire many more people like him.He is a great young man and I will be calling you if me or my family ever need anything with our homes or our businesses.

Terrible had to have them repaint bathroom after their guy just left. Next bathroom still looks terrible after repaint. Their drywall guy is awful can't drywall or paint! Tries to sell other side jobs while on the job! This is suppose to be a brand new ceiling tape seen coming through! Paint left on my carpet! And guy washed his rollers in our landscaping! And make sure you go through your receipt because found multiple things listed that they never did or used!

I recently used Cousino Restoration Company for water in my basement due to my sump pump going out. I had a great experience from start to finish. Sherry Ferguson is the best. She always responded in a timely fashion and gave me straightforward answers, no beating around the bush. Great, honest company to work with! Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about Cousino Restoration! After a fire in my home, their team went above and beyond to make sure everything was completely cleaned and restored from start to finish. They made what could have been a very stressful and overwhelming situation so much easier to handle.

Special thanks to Sheri, who was absolutely wonderful to work with. Her communication was excellent, and she always made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. She truly cared and it showed every step of the way.

Extremely easy to work with on short notice. We were getting wood floors resurfaced and stained so we needed containment set up between main floor and other areas of the house so wood dust would not get everywhere. There were a few tricky areas to cover but they got it all done perfectly and we had absolutely no evidence of wood dust or any other particles outside the containment zone. They were able to come out on the day we requested so that it was all coordinated with the flooring company. We would highly recommend working with Cousino Restoration!

Cousino’s Restoration was great to work with after a water leak. Brandon and his team were quick to respond, professional, and easy to communicate with. They came by every day to check on the work, made adjustments when needed, and kept everything clean throughout the process.

Brandon kept me in the loop the entire time, which I really appreciated. The customer service was excellent and made a stressful situation much easier. I would definitely recommend Cousino’s Restoration to anyone dealing with water damage or needing restoration work.

Must be nice to get paid for a job that was never finished. I told these people 5 times the job was never finished. The guy who was out here for the board up was one of the 5. He said "it's just drywall getting wet". They submitted the invoice to my insurance company anyways, and got paid.

It has now been over a month, and I still have 2 open holes in my roof. Yet they have their money, so who cares right?

I was considering them for the repair, or rebuild of my house. After this experience, they are no longer a consideration, and never will be in the future.

I was hesitant to give 5 stars due to the inability to reach anyone at the local office. I simply had questions about my bill and it was nearly impossible to reach anyone, but once I stopped in and spoke to the manager in the office, he got everything taken care of and gave me his cell phone number. I see all the negative reviews and on here and it seems like most people are having the same problem I had, which was communication with the local branch. My lawn looks great considering the time of year and that I don't have time to water. My applicator told me to mow at the highest setting and that has made a world of difference!!

Was treating my lawn prior to hiring this company. My lawn looks worse now than before. They no-showed on a treatment day and rescheduled two weeks out. I requested an in between spot spray for weeds but they denied me and said the next treatment will take care of it. Clearly unhappy currently.

They scammed me, They offered me a half off service in the beginning which I did and paid for then they’re acting like I agreed to some lifelong agreement with them, which is not true. I told them to stop coming out and I didn’t want the service over a year ago. And then today, I get a bill from them for hundreds. They are grifters and they are scammers. They claimed I agreed to something crazy, which is not true. They are lying. I stopped service like a year ago and it wasn’t even a service. They came out one time. I told him to stop coming out and they kept coming out for some reason.. I never signed anything with them

My Tru Green Operator was excellent, Quick and safe to cover all the Trees Jacob was Very careful and and shrubs. My Second Operator Tyauna Hartley was a Great Operator, she took care of my lawn. Tyler was Outstanding on my Application of Weed and Feed Fertilizer. I LOVE MY TRU GREEN CREW!!! Thank you all.

My results are based on my experiences over the years. I am the kind of person who takes care of his lawn, bushes and trees when I am able. My Lawn makes my neighbors more cognizant of the appearance of their own property. I suppose that I unintentionally inspire others!

We’re really happy with the lawn service! The grass always looks clean, evenly cut, and well taken care of. You can tell they pay attention to the details, and our yard has honestly never looked better. Super reliable and easy to work with—definitely recommend!

Signed up virtually for the “$9.95 first treatment” offer on FB to have a quote done. This is where I take accountability that I should have known better. Since Friday, with today being borderline harassment, I have received calls every few hours. These are automated calls saying “if you want to be removed call this number & call them to set up your quote.” Now please explain to me WHY I, as the consumer would sign up virtually for a quote, to have them repeatedly call me by an automated message to have me call back and talk to an automated person before anyone on their end even notices I’m trying to be a customer. This version of customer service is beyond repelling & is enough to make me never use TruGreen for services.

Great people and the best service & prices available in our market place

They did a great job and were kind enough to work around other vendors at the house prior to our furniture arriving for our move-in. The carpets were significantly improved after cleaning with many stains removed in the process. Our brown grout was also made white again! That said, we were disappointed that they didn't use their preferred tile sealer and picked up something from a local home improvement store as a last-minute replacement. We would work with them again.
