Reviews of local pros in Perrysburg, Ohio

We had such a great experience with this company! They were professional, on time, and very thorough with both our duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. The difference in air quality was noticeable right away, and it gives us peace of mind knowing everything was cleaned properly and safely. The team was friendly, respectful of our space, and took the time to explain what they were doing. We highly recommend them to anyone needing duct or dryer vent cleaning—you’ll be glad you called!

We just had our ducts cleaned by Justin and Josh, they were absolutely amazing! I spoke with Jay over the phone to schedule the appointment and he was great, went through all the details, was very patient with me and so easy to talk to! Very impressed with how knowledgeable, kind and just over all welcoming they all were! I will be recommending this company, Justin and Josh to anyone that needs their ducts cleaned. We are extremely happy with their work and how well everything was done! Thank you thank you!! :)

I called and got in the next day! They came earlier than expected which I was so thankful for. They guys were very nice and took care of everything ( dryer duct issue) . They even took a look at my other vent and gave a quote to have then cleaned. Can not recommend them enough!!!

The 2 gentlemen that provided duct cleaning today were professional, respectful, careful with their equipment and mindful of our 4 precious pets while in our home.
We were able to see video and photos of the process, which was certainly eye opening! Very glad to have had this service completed and will recommend them to family/friends ☺️

Ryan and Rick went above and beyond to assure our ductwork was clean and secure. They were courteous, on time and so pleasant and respectful. I highly recommend them! Quality job from start to finish!

We at Explorers Academy are incredibly grateful for the outstanding service provided by Stratus Building Solutions of Toledo, and especially for Ms. Lisa, who truly goes above and beyond every single day.

Ms. Lisa is responsible for cleaning our entire building, which serves 216 students, and she does it with excellence, consistency, and pride. From the moment you walk in, the building is spotless and always smells fresh. Her attention to detail and proactive approach do not go unnoticed—she takes initiative and ensures that every space is well-maintained throughout the entire day.

What truly sets Ms. Lisa apart is her dedication to our school community. During her downtime, she even steps in to help in the lunchroom, showing just how committed she is to supporting our staff and students. She has built meaningful relationships within our building—she knows all of our students by name and has a positive connection with each of them. She also treats every staff member with the utmost respect, and that respect is returned to her wholeheartedly.

Ms. Lisa is simply amazing, and we cannot say enough great things about her. Our school would not be the same without her hard work, positive attitude, and genuine care for our community. We truly appreciate everything she does!

We have a large church building that gets used by hundreds of people multiple days a week, and we're able to keep the building clean and presentable because of Stratus.
