House Cleaning reviews in Pickerington, Ohio

Liam came on time and worked magic on my carpet and tile. They look so good! The whole process from the beginning was made easy.

First time using Buckeye today, and we will definitely use them again! Team Tony & KB did a fantastic job. They worked efficiently and were very professional!!

Tony was super nice and did an amazing job on our floors. Chris was also super nice and made paying over the phone quick and easy.

Have used them several times..Tony has done a monumental job for me and I have recommended him to others who have always been over the top with praise....Have used other companies in the past who were more expensive and did.not have the knowledge that Buckeye Carpet Care has. Thanks again for a job always done beyond expectations..

My dining room had a huge tape residue stain. I had been trying to get it out for months. Katelyn worked on it until it was gone! Katelyn is amazing! If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Thank you, Buckeye Carpet Cleaning!

When you call in the manager Cassie I think her name was, she was super professional and you can tell they had a good company from the start. At my cleaning date, it was fast simple and I was very happy with the results. Multiple stains I had from my kids over the years came out. 100% gonna get another cleaning

Buckeye Carpet Care came in to what for us was a frustrating and stressful time. Our basement was flooded and was starting to sour. They came in and we're knowledgeable and sensitive to getting us dry and ready for the restorative work. We can't say enough about the quality of care we received. They helped make a difficult time easier. They communicated what they weregwere to do and then they DID IT without me having to call and follow up. I would recommend them to anyone and without reservation hire them in the future.

Technicians were very professional and their service far exceeded my every expectation. I'm very pleased with the results and plan to setup an annual service with Buckeye Carpet Care. Respectfully Lionell Portis

The young men did an amazing job! And, they were so professional and nice! I would give more stars if I could!

The two employees that cleaned my carpet this morning were professional, friendly, on time, and did an excellent job. I highly recommend Buckeye Carpet Care and will call them again next year.

Tony was terrific! He cleaned our downstairs sleeper sofa (including mattress), love seat and ottoman. Everything looks so much better! Smells great, too. 😀

Had our carpet installed about three years ago and called Buckeye Carpet Care in Pickerington, Ohio, to clean them for the first time! James and his colleague did a great job! They were on time, personable, and very helpful. I highly recommend this local business for the value they provide and great customer service! Call Cassie to schedule your carpet cleaning today.

If you are looking for your carpets or couch to be cleaned this is the place to call! Tony did a fantastic job on our carpet and couch. He was extremely thorough and took his time. Our couch and carpet look brand new again. I have used many different companies including Stanley Steamer and none of them even compare to the amazing job that Buckeye Carpet Care do. Very pleased and will definitely use again!!

I was searching for a carpet cleaning service to clean my parents carpet. There were stains that had been down for nearly 2 years. Since my mother's illness, she was unable to keep up with cleaning. When I called Buckeye, CHRIS was very attentive and respectful. I explained the situation, told her I live out of town but am responsible for my parents. She immediately offered the senior discount and made a note of the stains I mentioned.
LIAM & DESHAWN were prompt and professional. They were respectful of my mother's Dementia diagnosis and worked around she and my father ensuring they didn't feel like they were "in the way" in their own home. They also paid close attention to the stains and were able to remove them ALL!!! The carpet looks brand new!! And did I mention the carpet is white? I'm very pleased with Buckeye, will definitely use them again and will refer friends in the area. Thank you!

Our basement flooded and we called a place suggested by our insurance company and didn't get a call back from them for 4 days. By that time time Buckeye Carpet had our basement dry. The guys were all very professional and respected our property. They also respected our wishes about using the garage door and keeping the distancing suggested. Very wonderful to work with.

Excellent carpet cleaning! Far better than Stanley Steemer. I don't like naming names of businesses but for a good review, I have to compare. Using them again for another floor in the house. They got paint and old stains out of the carpet. Wonderful job!

Buckeye did an AWESOME job. They worked with me, and let me know well ahead of time when there was a scheduling conflict. The team that did the cleaning went above and beyond to clean our sectional, and also did a fantastic job on the carpet, and it looks AMAZING!

Thank you!

Tony and his assistant did a fabulous job in cleaning all of our carpets and furniture.
I would recommend Buckeye, and in particular Tony to anyone , they also cleaned the grout in our bathroom bathrooms. Looks like new!

Buckeye Carpet is wonderful. Their employees are kind, prompt, hard-working and courteous. We have used other companies in the past, but Buckeye Carpet did a better job for a better price. Buckeye Carpet is now our go-to company! Thanks Buckeye Carpet! You all are awesome!

This carpet care company is absolutely the best! Attention to detail, respect for property and a very thorough job. I'll never go anywhere else for my carpet care. Very well done! Thank you!

Could not be more pleased with the level of service provided by this company. Tony and Zach were professional and courteous. They made sure to explain everything and check with me if they had questions or found potential issues. And the results, Wow! They’ve definitely earned repeat business from me.
