Excellent. Would highly recommend. My water heater started leaking overnight and I called Ohio Water Heaters early in the morning. They were out promptly to assess the situation and back soon after to replace the water heater and I had the sump pump replaced as well. On time and reasonably priced. I had so many plumbers to choose from but glad I chose Ohio Water Heaters & Plumbing.

Just wanted to give Ohio Water Heaters a tremendous review. Not only the professionalism and workmanship, but the compassion and caring. My highest recommendation for their service of talented professionals, workmanship and just the ability to listen to a customers concerns. Had to have my water heater and sump pump replace in the late afternoon / early evening and they did not "blink an eye." They were on time and did an amazing job. The customers service team of Tammy and Elizabeth were amazing not only putting me at ease, but their knowledge. Steven the technician was amazing with the installation and left the area clean and free of debri. Everyone was so caring and polite, which is refreshing in today's environment. 5+++++ stars. Keep up the great work!

Ohio Water Heaters is 5 star across the board. 1 - Excellent communication… this one is big & Mike communicated with us before (gathering info & explaining our options), during (telling us why this product was the best fit, explaining the modes, etc.), and after (making sure everything was working as expected). 2 - Timeliness… we were scheduled immediately & they arrived when they said they would. 3 - Professionalism… knowledgeable & total cleanup after installation. In addition, they were considerate and polite. Everything you want a service to be, but rarely get!! We have nothing but great things to say, thank you Mike & Blake!!

Brian was very personable and an experienced plumber. He met all our expectations completing a duel water tank install with geothermal system connections.

Water heater leak started meaning we had days before it quit completely and are going out of town in a week. Decided to get quote from here bc of high star google rating and being family owned and within minutes had a real person reach out (Tammy and Micheal)! I was so happy to not be placed through an automated gauntlet of harassment. We knew what we wanted and that it had to be soon. Pricing was simple and they offer military discounts, comes with a warranty, and financing was offered without upselling pressure or needing knowledge of this kind of appliance. Work was scheduled within 12 hours! Good communication for techs arrival with the ability to be flexible when I needed extra time before the appointment. Garrett, the tech, was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and treated us like friends! The job was done quickly and correctly. All our questions were answered and we didn't have to clean up after him. Garrett is who I would choose for any future plumbing issue we ever have! Less than 10 minutes after the job, Tammy reached back out to make sure we were satisfied and email confirmations of everything. I can't think of a way this potentially stressful process could have gone better or we could have developed confidence in a company faster than we did here. I am proud to be an Ohio water heaters customer and help promote their business style and customer service habits!

Brian was great and provided a quick turnaround on our water heater replacement. He didn't try to nickel and dime us, and was upfront about all the costs and processes.

Elizabeth and Josh were great. Very professional and polite. Josh had a bad night with his auger breaking during use but, we were able to get it fixed and we all had a good laugh. Josh was able to get the clog out of our drain with the second auger he used. They had it finished within an hour.

Our furnace was acting up and we weren't sure what was going on. We reached out and got a call the same day and a service technician, Doug, coming out to check things. It turns out it was an issue with our filter since the size we need isn't produced any more. Doug was very helpful and professional. He offered to get us a quote to help address the furnace filter opening so that it will go back to taking a filter size that is standard.

Brian was a courteous, kind professional and he and Doug worked well together to install 3 new toilets in my home. I am pleased with the results and would recommend them to my friends needing plumbing work done.

I spoke to them about my questions and requests and they were able to accommodate everything I asked for during the estimate process.
