Matt and Hunter were great to work with! Hunter was able to diagnose and fix the problem with our clogged kitchen pipes in a timely manner at reasonable price and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. He was great to work with and even diagnosed a mystery plumbing problem that we have had for two years!! He will be back next week too!

Hunter was very friendly and was able to resolve my water pressure issue. Before doing anything, he did warn me that the solution may or not work. He was up front about pricing and made sure I understood the chance of it not working. Would hire again.

We had a very small gas leak that resulted in our gas being shut off in the middle of winter, which was obviously stressful. I called T&H Plumbing and spoke with Matt, who was extremely kind and helpful on the phone. He understood the urgency of the situation and was able to get someone out to our house within just a few hours of my call.

Hunter arrived promptly and was fantastic to work with. He took his time to thoroughly find the source of the leak and made sure everything was handled properly. He was incredibly nice, professional, and explained everything he was doing along the way so we felt completely comfortable and informed.

Tony from TH Plumbing flushed my hot water tank and advised on a solution for our hard water problems. He provided a quote for a whole house filtration system as an alternative for a water softener (as I am restricted on space). A few days later he was back to install the filtration system. His work was efficient & clean and he was professional and friendly. It was a pleasure having him in our home. I would be remiss if I did not also mention how nice the office staff were to deal with. Matt and Tyler provided excellent communication, answering all our questions and keeping us informed all along the way. We will be a faithful customer of TH Plumbing moving forward. We experienced a full-on plumbing emergency on 2/3/26 when water started pouring both outside our house from the second-floor soffit and inside the same kitchen wall.

After turning off the main water to the house, I did some quick research and found T&H Plumbing Services recommended by a few friends. I gave them a call, and within two hours, Tony and Owen were here to inspect the issue and provide a repair recommendation. What impressed me most, though, was that instead of doing a quick fix or needing to come back another time, they prioritized our project and stayed for hours to do the job the right way.

They didn’t just fix what was broke, they took the time to address the bigger issue: a PVC hot water line that had been run through the soffit area outside/above the kitchen window, which never should have happened when the house was built. They could have done a quick patch, but instead they made repairs in a way that helps prevent this from happening again.

They were incredibly thorough and genuinely invested in making sure we had a long-term solution, not just a temporary fix.

Emergency situations are stressful, especially when it’s been freezing for weeks and you’re forced to shut off the main water to your home. Having professionals like Tony and Owen who show up, communicate clearly, and go truly above and beyond makes all the difference.

Heating system stopped working and David from Tru Air showed up and figured out what was wrong and within the hour had my heat going and installed a new thermostat that stopped working. Will call again for any emergency in the future.

Thought we’d made a non-emergency appointment to change out our sump pump. A service they advertise. Lrf didn’t show, didn’t text or email that they wouldn’t be here. Totally nonresponsive. Totally unreliable. I wouldn’t hire them to scoop the doggie poo in my yard. Avoid if at all possible.

LRF was able to fit me in for an electric water heater install just hours after I contacted them. Very professional and reasonable price. I highly recommend.

Contacted LRF to have a furnace gas control valve converted over from propane to natural gas and the pressure adjusted in. The technician was on time, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The price was reasonable and our furnace is running quite efficiently now.

I called LRF Maintenance after my AC went out with the temps in the 90's I received same day friendly service. After about an hour they had the AC blowing cold air.
