Reviews of local pros in Pickerington, Ohio

Buckeye Carpet is wonderful. Their employees are kind, prompt, hard-working and courteous. We have used other companies in the past, but Buckeye Carpet did a better job for a better price. Buckeye Carpet is now our go-to company! Thanks Buckeye Carpet! You all are awesome!

This carpet care company is absolutely the best! Attention to detail, respect for property and a very thorough job. I'll never go anywhere else for my carpet care. Very well done! Thank you!

Could not be more pleased with the level of service provided by this company. Tony and Zach were professional and courteous. They made sure to explain everything and check with me if they had questions or found potential issues. And the results, Wow! They’ve definitely earned repeat business from me.

Very prompt, professional and reasonable service. We were very stressed with the flooding and they have been great! Tony was wonderful, helpful, informative and understanding of our situation. We highly recommend this company and have already recommended it to our friends and family.

We reached out to a couple different companies for a thorough cleaning of our floors in a veterinary office. The 2 young ladies that were put in charge to do and oversee the job were very polite and they actually cleaned the floors better than anyone else. We are so happy to have found BCC Inc and will absolutely be using them again. The other companies, one sent guys to measure and no quote was sent and the other just never called back. The owner of this business is very knowledgeable and explained the entire process to us. It is great to see a company taking pride in their employees and customer service. Thank you once again and you deserve AAA+.

Tommy & Liam did an amazing job. They arrived early, assessed the needs, completed the job both thoroughly and efficiently. I have used Buckeye for my rental properties and my home for twenty years. They have saved carpets I thought I'd have to replace. I cant recommend them enough!

Zach & Audrey did an excellent job cleaning our 2 rooms and high traffic hallway. Our carpet looks new again, thank you! Highly recommend! Also appreciate Emily making some changes so we were able to request Audrey ☺️

Eli is very personable and pleasant. He and the other young man did a fantastic job on the floor. I’ll be calling you back when it’s time to do our carpeting.

The customer service and responsiveness was great. I needed my carpet cleaned on a specific day. They weren't able to get to me on that day, but made arrangements to come first thing the next morning. Katelyn and Audrey did a great job. When I spoke to Cassie she gave me a discount for my troubles. I would recommend them and use them again.

Katelyn ( Tech ) and Audrey ( Asst ) have great customer skills, were very professional, kept me informed on progress and worked diligently with 5 star results. I have already recommended them to a friend of mine.
The office team also needs a shout out in helping with scheduling day/time that worked best for me.

The crew was efficient and did an excellent job. The carpets look great and the guys were friendly, worked fast and careful with the furniture and flooring. I will continue to use them in the future.

Buckeye Carpet Care did a wonderful job for us. Liam and JT were friendly, courteous and professional cleaners. It was obvious they were an experienced team. They explained the procedure and answered our questions. We wouldn’t hesitate to have them back and would recommend Buckeye Carpet Care to others.

Buckeye Carpet Care Inc. did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. Everything from scheduling the carpet cleaning with the office staff, Krys and Sydney, to the actual cleaning with Liam and Zack went smoothly. The technicians were professional and did a thorough job cleaning. We have pets in the house and I wanted a complete pet stain cleaning and odor removal and they did exactly that. The carpets look great and the rooms smell nice. They were also respectful of our property. They were careful moving the hoses in the house and even though the weather was a bit of a challenge that day they did not tract any dirt or mud into the house. Everyone did a great job and I will recommend Buckeye Carpet Care to my friends and family.

Wish I would have taken before and after pictures! Liam did such an amazing job. There were some stains that I never thought would come out. Carpet looks new again.

Eli and Devin were great. They took their time , were courteous, listened about history of carpet so it could be cleaned efficiently. I will have them back again Cassie and Kris were also great in scheduling. Very friendly
