Tree reviews in Pickerington, Ohio

I was very pleased with every aspect of the service they provided.
They arrived on time and cleaned up every twig, even used a leaf blower on my driveway. The young lady I dealt with was professional and polite.
I had a very, very tall dead pine tree and it took them just one hour from the time they arrived to the time they drove away. I had been dreading this process but they made it very easy. Andi Arbaugh

We have had JPD tree service cut down two trees and trim one on two different occasions. They have always been professional, on time and done a great job.

This company did an amazing job! They removed a 60' tree from my back yard in no time. Cleaned up and even offered to clean up my neighbors where some branches fell. I definitely recommend them and will be using them for all future needs.

So, JPD tree co has been my go to when the ish hits the fans all the cool point are out the window lol…. Seriously, a great company, hard workers and reliable. I have had them out three times in less than two years and always great on pricing. Highly recommended

I have absolutely recommended this company. They did everything we asked of them. removed a 40 ft tree. grinded down the stump and the roots. After we cleaned up we still had a few more roots that were missed and they came back and took care of those as well. They cleaned up very well when they finished. I was VERY impressed. I will use them again. I would give them 5 stars but we were unaware of the "ground rules" before they came out, so we had to do moving of cars, and thankfully, the day they came the neighbors didn't have company otherwise that would have been awkward. Also they don't haul away the dirt or mulch from the grinding. All of this should be told to the customers when they hire them instead of waiting until the arrival moment. Other then that I am a very happy and satisfied customer.

JPD removed a ginormous cottonwood . It must have been at least 100 feet . Twice height of our two story home. I cannot say enough good things about them. First off the young woman who did the estimate seemed to have some software that gave her a quote right off the bat. considerably lower than other quotes. Set up a date to do the work within a few days. Showed up with a crew of 6 or 7 including an arborist who pruned a crab apple tree expertly. Had not planned on this but they were too good to pass up.. They had all the heavy duty equipment necessary. The man in the bucket truck really knew his business and felled lots of limbs and branches overhanging the house with no damage to the house. Clean up impeccable. You wouldn't even know they had been there . These people are GREAT!

I hired them to remove trees with stump grinding last year. That was good. So I hired them again to remove another tree this year, but the experience was extremely terrible this time. Their quote increased by 80% from last year. I still chose to hire them because I prefer quality to cost, but it turned out to be an awful decision.

When removing the tree that I asked for, they cut a branch of another tree near that. I have a swing tied on that branch, and my kids play on the swing every day. Now the branch and the swing are both gone. I called them to discuss a potential solution. They literally told me that was normal because anything could happen when cutting trees. They also said I was taking advantage of them by calling and telling them what they did wrong.

I was shocked by their response. They did not even face the mistake they made. Instead, they chose to blame the customer who tried to find a solution to their mistake. I still paid them the full amount in the quote because it is not worth spending any additional minute with such a group that disrespects their customers.

JPD did an incredible job! Removed two trees from my back yard. Timely, courteous, clean and professional. I can t recommend them enough, came recommended through a friend who recently used them for tree removal. I got three estimates, they were by far the most competitive and their work was phenomenal. Will absolutely use them again!! Thank you JPD!

This was my first time as a homeowner needing tree services. This company was extremely easy to work with. Our tree looks amazing and they were done in less than an hour. 10/10 would definitely recommend this service for your tree trimming and removal needs.

Team was professional and friendly. They were removing one tree. I ask for a quote to remove another tree and trim one back. Quote price was great and the team was able to do everything same day. Cleaned up all debris.

I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quick and quality work at a good price.

JPD Tree Service just removed 75 ft walnut tree that was tucked into the corner of my property. They had to avoid two of my neighbors wood fences while removing the tree. They also grinded down the stump. Their work was flawless. The team was very courteous and professional. The clean up was so well done that it doesn't look like I ever had the tree!

Jose and his team were very courteous from arrive to departure. Jose clarified what they would be doing, asked me to inspect the work and cleaned up extra limbs I had cut from a smaller tree.
I had the canopy of a 20 year old oak lifted and thinned out. It was a lot of tree limbs. The team worked well together to ensure there was no damage to the playhouse or fence line. They were conscientious of the neighboring yards as well.
This is my second time using the services and would absolutely recommend Jose and his team.

Jpd did an excellent job removing a tree and digging up the stump. They swept the area..when finished the area was very neat. Jpd Tree Service communicated well with me, and finished the job quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them.

Jose and his crew were the true experts on the matter!

They made the process super simple for us. Came and estimate and in 2 days they got the job done!

If you are looking for someone to rely on removing a tree and get the job done clean, professional and on time call them!!

JPD Tree Service removed 2 trees from my backyard. One was a large oak tree that had already fallen and crashed onto my neighbor's shed, and they expertly were able to climb up the shed and remove all of the tree that was now on and through the shed. A large crew with great equipment arrived on time at 7:30 am and they were done with both trees 3 hours later. They did not drive any heavy trucks onto my driveway or yard and were careful to do no damage. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

We had a dying pine in our yard, recent rains caused the soil to loosen from the roots, the tree began to lean. We contacted tree services, a few quickly responded. José of JPD TREE SERVICE LLC provided a free estimate that was reasonable and timely- (some needed us to wait two weeks....too dangerous a situation for that!), so we contracted with his company.
They came when promised, worked effectively and safety, removed tree and stump, and did a FABULOUS JOB of cleaning even twigs up... at an affordable price!
All employees were personable, pleasant, and professional.
Do not know why it's not BBB accredited yet but should be... Excellent reviews on that site for JPD TREE SERVICE LLC. as well.

These guys were great! They came in and knocked out 2 trees and 4 stumps in no time. They worked very hard. Cleaned up really well in the areas too before they left. Really friendly and responsive to work with from the quote to completion of the job. Highly recommend and I will go to them again for any other tree work in the future.

I am completely satisfied with the work that JPD Tree Service did. The crew arrived on time, listened to what I wanted done, and completed the work promptly. They cleaned up after and asked me to look it over and let them know if I was happy with the work. I definitely was!!

JPD Tree Service was excellent, highly professional, and efficient from first contact to completion. And, on top of that came in much lower than other estimates I got. Had a complex tree removal after a storm knocked down a tree. Highly recommended!

Jose and his crew were phenomenal! They cut down 2 trees, ground down a stump and cleaned everything up I 3 hours time. They are super competitive with their pricing and we’re able to complete my work within a few days of my estimate. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

Jpd tree service did an excellent job. I will recommend them to any and all who is in need of a tree removal. José was very professional and was prompt. His crew did an outstanding job removing my 60 foot tree. Highly recommend.
