Stephen - the tech, he was nice enough to bring up the trash cans just after they were emptied by Rumpke. That's a huge thing for such a small effort! Just that small gesture prob made my whole weekend

Adam was knowledgeable about the grasses and weeds in my yard and had some great recommendations for improvement. He was courteous and prompt and followed up with me after he serviced my yard. Thank you Adam!

Cody did a fantastic job with our lawn application. To prevent tearing up our grass around the wet areas with his machine tires, Cody instead took the time to hand spread the fertilizer. Thank you.

We talked about the treatment my lawn was getting today. He mentioned next year my lawn will look even better as I just started your service in the summer and didn’t receive the pre-emergent in the spring.

My wife is usually home when Ziehler stops by to treat the lawn. Today, she called me to say how pleasant all of the techs have been, answering questions, asking questions, and not pushing services we don’t need (read as not taking advantage of the opportunity to make a few bucks extra) - she encouraged me to send this note if I was asked for formal feedback via a survey…so here it is. It’s quite relaxing to trust the people that come to your home, so thanks to Troy and all of the other techs that come by.

Cole was outstanding today providing my yard its final treatment today as we all brace for frigid temps, ice and snow. Cole took the time to ensure my entire lawn was fully covered with essential nutrients that will pay dividends come Spring next year with dark, healthy green grass with no weeds.

Jonathan came out today to apply a winter lawn fertilizer for our lawn. Was very pleasant and very thorough applying the application. Great job!
