Great customer service! They arrived 13min early. The two gentlemen that came were very personable and explained in detail what they would be doing and how long it would take. Swept the hardwood floor after they were done in the area. Highly professional experience would certainly recommend this company.

Pringles did an amazing job at my home! They arrived on time, were super friendly and explained everything. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend Pringles for air duct cleaning. Do not fall for the other companies that can be a scam. Pringles is a family owned company and employees are family members.

It's expensive, they were charging for each vent along with the base price in the house. I would suggest to check before you take the service. It's better to have estimated before hand, like what they will do and how they will charge. Technically they were just blowing the air inside and just cleaning the vent outside the vent which we can also do by our own. My HVAC didn't worked for couple of hours after the service done , I had called the HVAC team and get help to fix the issue.
